Started the AMT 1/25 White Western Star Coca-Cola. Lots of flash on heavy gating - Bandai this is not.

There's actually been progress on this thing. I've just been lax in updates. I have at least another reblog of updates, too.

Progress hasn't been helped by the fact I spen three days trying to fabricate risers. I chose to BS some simpler ones.

Had to reconstruct the rear suspension. Did all the detailing I plan to on the front axle. Inculding bullshitting the kit steering gear to the aftermarket axle. Getting close to paint.

Started working on cleaning up the stripped chrome parts. Hubs will be wheel color, so mounted now. Other parts will need decisions made.

Pushing through work on subassemblies

Tried drilling out the muffler shroud

Primed the bulk of it.

Had no glue, so I couldn't get some of the balance rigged up.

A story of repetetion on the Conqueror. Cleaning mold lines off the springs made these bogies a four-hour job.

Another handful of subassemblies for the Conqueror.
