is it possible to cure depression without medication? i really hope i can handle it on my own. yesterday, i slept for 18 hours. living alone feels like hell when you're depressed. i don't have the energy to see a psychiatrist. i have so many plans - i want to draw a comic, make my own game, become a famous artist - but my body refuses to do absolutely anything. i don't want to rot away.

feel so bad rn. and I don't even know why. things don't seem that bad - I hung out with my friend on discord and we had fun - but now it's late at night, and I'm barely holding myself back from doing something to myself. my other stupid friend keeps apologizing because im uncomfortable with him and he is just so difficult, but I’ve stopped caring about him, and that scares me; we still have matching pfps everywhere, yet the thought of him makes me feel repulsed (there’s a reason, he betrayed me in the past, but he begged for a second chance). I’m afraid that if I leave him, I’ll regret it. loneliness follows me everywhere. with friends, with acquaintances - I’m never satisfied. I’ll never feel okay. why can’t I just form a real attachment to someone? when will this PTSD finally leave me alone?
