Peacefully Vibing

Just had a whole damn concert and twerking session in front of my roommate. She was here the whole time and I didn’t even know it 😭😭😭 . Ain’t no going back now bih....

No matter the approach, I cannot communicate with my mother like an adult without her thinking I’m trying to argue or be disrespectful. Am I tripping because I’m legit tired of this cycle.

I have a friend who’s afraid to get in the sun because they’re going to get darker. Being dark skinned, they don’t want to choose a partner who’s too dark because they want their kid to be their color or lighter. At one point of time I had this exact same mindset. But to realize you have this mindset and to stay persistent on not changing it in any sort of way is sad.
