Indulge in these decadent and flourless fudge cookies, made with almond butter and rich chocolate. They are chewy, fudgy, and gluten-free!
Ingredients: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/3 cup cocoa powder. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. In a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips. Stir the chips every 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth. Mix the chocolate and almond butter together well after adding them. Mix the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl using an electric mixer. Mix the dry ingredients into the chocolate-almond butter mixture until everything is well mixed together. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared. Leave space between each cookie. The cookies are done when the edges are set but the middle is still soft. Baking for 10 to 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. With a glass of milk or your favorite drink, these tasty fudge cookies don't need any flour.
