You will not stay stuck in the same patterns forever. You are capable of change. It might be small and you may not be able to see the change day to day, but over time things will get better.

Its okay to find love in hobbies instead of in a romantical relationship, its okay to find love in community, helping people, yourself, friends or family instead of in a significant other. All these kinds of love are valid and don't make you any less of a person, even if you're not in a relationship at the moment. Your value of being lovable doesn't rely on you having a romantical relationship, you are always loveable.

i can't stop thinking about samara, the girl who was harassed off twitter for rightfully speaking up about motaz's antiblack comment and then stabbed to death by the rsf within that same time period. and the more i scroll through her twitter account, the more devastated i am bc she's a young girl like me. she used heart emojis and had twitter mutuals and had the cutest selfies and we will literally just never know what her favorite color is because she's gone. i don't deserve to live any more than she did. none of us do.
