cant stop thinking about Jarvis and his friends as a willmack AU… where Mack still is an NHL player and Will is his private (but not a secret to friends and family) boyfriend. since they’re not publicly out, Will feels like he can’t support Mack the way the rest of the WAGs support their partners at games without it being suspicious and he’s so sad about it, especially since the sharks made the playoffs for the first time with Mack as their captain this year. meanwhile their friends cook up the best idea ever, they can all act like Mack’s WAGs in such an obnoxious and bro-y way, that no one will ever suspect that one of them is actually his real boyfriend. when they bring this idea up to Will and Mack, Will is hesitant because he worries it might bring negative attention to Mack as people might be suspicious that his friends aren’t just friends, but Mack and their friends convince him because they know Will wants to be able to support Mack more openly at games and also secretly wants a WAG jacket so bad. in this world instead of them DIYing their own WAG jackets, the WAGs, who know about WillMack, give all of them an official WAG jacket so Will will be able to wear one (of course his is a little more special than the rest of the guys, extra embroidery over the heart). their friends all try to act the most obnoxious and one up each other, being so over the top and exaggerated that Will completely flies under the radar.
