saw a post that said something like “you can’t save your mother” and i don’t want to derail that post because i agree. but. if she is still breathing, she can still save herself. you can’t do it for her — you can’t cause her to see it. but sometimes. sometimes. sometimes she figures it out. sometimes she tries. sometimes you get to watch your mom save her own damn self. usually not. but sometimes.

i just don’t know if that many of us need to be on the roads driving. we should live in a world where more people can sit that one out
