Bc I think reducing discourse about where to draw the lines in depictions of dark or taboo subject matter in fiction to a binary of all of its okay no matter what or none of it is is not only reductive and unhelpful but has made talking about it straight up exhausting and unsafe for victims of abuse.
If you need my stances here are the basics: Fiction is not reality and depiction is not inherently endorsement. However, claiming that fiction can never affect reality or that art never carries meaning is patently untrue and serves only as a thought terminating cliche. Words carry meaning. Art carries meaning. I was an incest victim and a grooming victim. Proship content played a significant part in one of my abusers normalizing his behavior to me and justifying it to himself. I do not think dark content has no right to exist and I certainly do not think credit card companies should be the arbiters of where the lines should be drawn. That said, I do not like seeing people sexualizing minors, incest, raceplay, or zoophilia. It is not my job to tell you you're morally just for such things and I will block you if you put that in my vicinity. Things like noncon or abuse I judge on a case by case basis and do not inherently mistrust.
Additionally, in light of seeing more and more of her circle recently, if you are aware of the actions of ISFF/suggestrogen/missstrogen/whatever the hell she's going by now, as well as the actions of those she surrounds herself with, and you still support them, kindly block me.
