Homemade blueberry protein cheesecake 😋 high in protein, low in carbs 👌 I have been saving this shot for a long time 😁 The recipe I use for my cheesecakes : Here is the recipe for the crust: 2 Tablespoons of Butter or Coconut Oil 1/2 Cup (56g) Almond Flour Here is the recipe for the cheesecake: 200g Fat Free Greek Yogurt 500g of curd cheese ( or cream cheese or Greek yogurt) 2 Scoops (60g Vanilla Protein Powder or chocolate pp., I use one from @theproteinworks ) 2 Large Whole Egg 2 Large Egg Whites 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract 3 g of baking powder 1/4 Cup Your Choice Sweetener 1 powdered vanilla pudding ½ of banana (optional) Ingredients from @aktincz How to make: Melt your Butter or Coconut Oil Combine and mix together your melted Butter or Coconut Oil and Almond Flour in a bowl Take out a 6×2 pan, line it with some parchment paper, and press your mix into it Bake your crust on 350F/176C for 8-12 minutes or until it’s lightly browned In another bowl mix together the rest of your ingredients. Pour your mix on top of your crust, put blueberries on top. Bake your cheesecake on 325F/162C for 40-50 minutes.
