STILL in shock. I spent more time in Minneapolis in the past two years than ever before. I started to feel like I was finally getting close to grasping the true genius of PRINCE. His mystique was so real - he came to one of our sets at The Dakota last year and I could literally feel his presence through the dark balcony of the club. But I never met him or heard him play in person. I bought Sign O The Times on vinyl recently and was so inspired by the record that just a couple weeks ago I bought the microphone he recorded it with, the Sennheiser md441. All we can do is continue to devote our lives to our true selves as artists without fear and look to masters like #Prince to show us the way ☮☮☮☮☮ R.I.P.
