hi, you can call me Avery on this blog. (they/them)

I’m a survivor of CSA/COCSA, rape, physical and emotional abuse, and sex trafficking. I’ve also had a lot of experience with death, suicide, and abusive relationships

I live with CPTSD, BPD, psychosis (most likely schizoaffective disorder), panic attacks, and DID.

this is my coping space, and I frequently vent, reblog vent art, and talk about my experiences.

all posts that I think are extremely triggering, more than the usual content, are tagged as #angelyield (i recommend blacklisting if easily triggered or not in a good place)

I also frequently use nicknames for different people and abusers, as saying their names can be triggering, difficult, or expose personal information.
