#my terrible sleep quality was actually the reason i sought out adhd diagnosis#now im medicated i can say my sleep is much better because!#in the morning i take my meds (~ritalin equivalent) which made me alert and active the whole day#so when it comes night time#the drug wears off#im naturally tired from all the activities i did during the day#i just go to bed scroll thru my phone for memes and like 1-2 hours later i’d fall asleep#unless theres other source of stress (or heavy period time) i usually sleep through 6-7hours#basically im thankful for drugs amen
