The “patriarchy” isn’t oppressing you, people are. Misogyny isn’t sentient, it does not exist on its own. You’re never going to “find” it anywhere, and it didn’t fall out of the sky and impose itself on humans. The conflict between women and men is about sex, and always has been. Men’s sexual behavior and motivations differ vastly from women’s, and there’s no reason for them to align in the first place. The only purpose of women and men’s relationships is reproduction, not life long compatibility. Women interpret their failed attempts at domesticating males as proof of a societal conspiracy theory taking place against them, but it’s nothing more than a consequence of carnality. Men naturally want nothing to do with women outside of sex. Women know this deep down, no matter how much they attempt to deny it, thus, they make their preoccupation in life to receive sexual validation. All social phenomena is a result of this dynamic. As long as women insist on partnering with men, they will be “oppressed” by their sexual desire and blame “systems” and “isms” instead. Men don’t like you outside of what you can do for their penises, that’s not patriarchy, it’s reality. Them not caring about your “eternal beautiful soul” is only disappointing because of your refusal to let go of fantasy. Men tell you exactly who they are, but you refuse to listen. How many more millenniums until you finally get it?
