I write this post with a heart filled with both pain and hope. I live in the Gaza Strip, where the simple details of daily life have turned into a real battle for survival.

The situation here has become unbearable: Food crisis: We are suffering from a severe shortage of food and clean water. Food contamination: Due to displacement and destruction, rodents and insects attack what little food we have left, rendering it contaminated and unfit for human consumption, but we sometimes find ourselves with no other options. Health situation: The lack of hygiene and the spread of pests threaten us with diseases and epidemics every day. Insecurity: We live in constant fear and lack the most basic necessities of human life.
