Okay so first of all, baby-swap theory is real. A couple of thoughts:

Is f!Woble Beyond's child? Because why would Oito's sister agree to this when it would put her own child at risk. Beyond's plan could be smuggle his ineligible child on board, manipulate the Succession War so that the eligible princes all kill each other -> his ineligible daughter is crowned King in the public's eye as they don't know the difference. It would also mean she's safe from the potential condition of the Succession War that Kurapika theorized. Even if more than one Prince survices, f!Woble could still be King and rule as she's technically not a Hui Guo Rou on either side.

Is m!Woble on the ship? There's still 14 coffins on the ship so if m!Woble isn't on the ship, the ritual to complete the Succession War can't go ahead anyways... Unless the coffins have different conditions for who can be in them compared to this part of the Succession war.

I've also seen people say f!Woble reveal lessens the stakes for Kurapika which I don't agree with. I don't think Kurapika would be more willingly to let a baby die just because the baby isn't of royal blood. Kurapika didn't care for Woble because he was a Kakin Monarchist who was betting on Woble winning the Succession War, he cared because it's his job and also because he doesn't want babies - any babies - to die.

Also can't believe in the very basic of who is and isn't eligible for the Succession War is still getting hashed out now 😭 We have

Personally, given the information I think it's Fugetsu and Maryam.

The second part of the chapter has just poor Kanzai getting cooked and he doesn't even know. Saiyu and Cleopatro are both Beyond supporters and probably sneaking intel right to Beyond in front of Kanzai. Saiyu tells Kanzai not to worry about the contents and he's also the one 'randomly' giving them to Beyond AND the papers were brought by Cleopatro in the first place. Kanzai doesn't pick up on this at all...dumb meow meow.
