Nanika is calmly watching my screen, wondering what on earth it is that alluka writes on the internet. she wants to know what website this is, why alluka does this all the time. she wants to go outside with alluka but alluka's legs, always hidden under that big skirt, never move too much for too long before they're locked into the same sitting position for hours. Nanika feels sad and bored watching Alluka do this all day, but what she doesn't get is Alluka is never bored. Alluka is happiest when she can type about anything she wants and discharge it into the ether to be forgotten about. Alluka can get over her generational trauma so much easier when she is free and honest about what it is that hurts her.

But Allu, Nanika says, What if people don't like us? What about when Killua told us to go away because we were too weird...

Alluka pets her head and laughs. "They don't know us like that, silly. We don't do anything locked in the basement aura farming 24/7. We have no social life to ruin by doing dumb things before we're ready."

Nanika remembers a lifetime of doing nothing but this. "Oh, okay."

Alluka kisses Nanika. "If we just act like dumb little fangirls all the time, we're less threatening, right?" "Yeah. It does get us out of trouble a lot."

"Everyone is so delusional, big brother..." Alluka whines, rubbing her tears. "All I want is a family, but they push me away and call me weird names I don't like."

"I'm your family. Nobody else has to be." "But I want more than just you..." "Oh."

Killua feels slightly bitter at that statement. "Yeah, um...I want a lot of people around me who treat me nice and let me have fun..And I want you to have lots of friends."
