your needs are not too much. your needs are not too "gross". you are not too needy. and if your needs are literally more than a caregiver can handle, then the problem is that your case is understaffed, not that you need too much.

you do not owe your caregiver any more than what is in their contract and the common courtesy/respect that is owed to all people.

if a line cook makes a meal, or an taxi driver provides transportation, or a maid does cleaning tasks, for primarily abled clientele, then the general attitude is (correctly) like "they're just doing their job, but it's kind to acknowledge the work they do for us and say thank you"

hiiiiii well it happened again. im so broke i can't really pay all my bills fully or afford groceries as I'd like to.
