SecUnits can grow their hair (possibly faster than humans) to a certain length determined by what they put in their hair config file (or whatever). But they canât get it shorter that way. Sure, they could set the config to a shorter length and then go through the natural process of the hair falling out and regrowing to the new length, but that would take time. That means that if MB experimented with longer hair at some point it is stuck at that length unless it lets someone give it a haircut.
It already let Amena do its hair once. And I guess the longer it grows its hair the more necessary it will get that someone teaches it to take care of it (even if it had a less care intensive hair structure, brushing and washing it correctly is the bare minimum). I bet MB didnât even bother to look up how to take care of its hair much less is doing that consistently. It will be a hot mess until someone sits it down and helps it with this.
