I manifested multiple things this week including some things I really wanted and i noticed a pattern which made me feel like writing a step by step guide for myself based on the similarities I noticed in those manifestations
And ofcourse I'm gonna share it with you ꒰⑅ᵕ༚ᵕ꒱˖♡
- decide what you want down to as much detail as you can
- affirm, think about it, how it'll be having it, visualize it
- feel the gratitude of having it, feel the emotions
- let it go, know it's coming or that you already have it. Remind yourself you don't really need that thing, you can get it later too and it's not the end of the world. Just be in the whatever, chill energy. You don't have to overthink it. (Reminding yourself you're safe regardless relaxes your nervous system making it easier to not pressure yourself and make your nervous system go into survival mode, you can't be in creative mode if you're in survival mode)
- do something else when you're in that energy to take your mind off the thing I think this makes you understand that's not the only thing that matters and all that
- then you can think about it again and feel that normal feeling of having it
- take inspired action. when you feel like doing something do it. I'm not talking about forced action, but one that feels right, like this is the right thing to do right now
And you don't have to be too exact with this, this isn't a math equation so don't think you have to do EXACTLY these steps in the EXACT order 😭 I'm saying this cuz I'd try to do that perfectly ngl🥹 but lesson learnt, it's better if it's flexible to what you feel in the moment.
