Eggs on toast with tomato and/or avocado
Scrambled egg burrito with feta cheese or onions
Boiled eggs with black olives or a fruit on the side
Cinnamon apple oatmeal with honey and almond butter
Chicken soup (Some people find it weird to eat soup for breakfast)
Bagel with cream cheese or butter
Menemen (Turkish dish including eggs, tomato sauce, and optional vegetables or beef sausage)
I sometimes eat the same dishes for lunch that I mentioned for breakfast; however, some of the recipes I make or just makes a good meal for lunch are:
Oven baked vegetables with chicken or salmon
Tuna sandwich (Mayo and pickles)
Spaghetti squash (I sometimes added oven-baked eggplant or any vegetable)
Homemade mexican bowl without the rice
Firstly, I must include my favorite dolma meals!
Stuffed bell peppers (You must try stuffed onions!)
Salmon or beef with asparagus
Zucchini boats (Zucchini with minced beef and cheese on top)
Ramen with any protein and zucchini
Chickpea soup with or without rice on the side
Apples with peanut butter or almond butter
Cacik (Yogurt with garlic; dill; and cucumbers)
Dates with peanut butter (My go-to night snack!)
Labneh with crackers or cucumbers
