i’m gonna say something that doesn’t feel good but you might need to hear it: bending over backwards being a people-pleaser, being conflict averse and not telling anyone your needs, and then being resentful and upset when your needs aren’t met is a You problem first

The cure to anxiety is completing all the tasks you have to finish for the day early and doing them phenomenally and being physically perfect and on everyone’s good side preferably even their favorite.

'let go of your past' as if your past doesn't contain every single thing you learned about the world and your self. Without your past you're a toddler, acting as if you've never experienced events that taught you what consequences your actions have, or what you can handle. You couldn't live or function without your past. You are doing what you do precisely because you know what you can handle.
