Hi everyone. I talked to my housing worker & all applications are in for emergency housing. Completely homeles now. Tonight I'm wandering the streets and it's nearly 6 am EST. I don't have enough for a hotel, the wheelchair accessible room is $120/night I desperately need some solid sleep. I also require personal support workers to help me. That cost $22/hr because I'm having to pay privately at the moment.

I also got to thinking that I'm stable enough to do a work at home position. But need laptop and hotel to work from to get back on my feet. This is an URGENT need so I can start making an income. I chose a laptop that can support gaming so I can start doing Twitch to hopefully help me stay afloat. I also have some personal items I think are cool on there for when I get a place if you want to buy me something to cheer me up!

I'm so hungry. I'm homeless, living in a hotel, which I might lose this Thursday if I don't raise the funds it's $500/week. Can anyone send a bit so I can eat food and also pay for the hotel? I'll have nowhere to go this Thursday, so this is EXTREMELY URGENT. I am chronically ill and highly physically disabled so I would die on the streets.

As of last night, my best friend told me that I could stay at her place, so I am. However, her place is not wheelchair accessible aside from being able to fit through the front door. So I'm having to sleep in my wheelchair and as a result, my bone deep pressure sore is getting worse. I need PSW care and nursing care desperately but I need to have steady funds. THESE FUNDS ARE LIFESAVING.

Transgender people of every gender do not have the systemic power to oppress each other along gendered lines because we are not accepted as our genders by the system of gender hierarchy. We are oppressed by the same systems in different ways, but they're still literally the exact same systems.

Lateral transphobia/transmisogyny/transandrophobia/exorsexism/etc. exists in the trans community and there are trans people out there who will go out of their way to police and throttle other trans people — but that is not oppression. It's called lateral bigotry for a reason.

I'm really sick of seeing predominantly white trans people who are absolutely obsessed with trying to find a hierarchy of gendered power and privilege within the trans community under the guise of intersectionality while also completely ignoring the fact that race statistically has a larger impact on a trans person's access to housing, access to economic stability, their ability to transition, their experiences with violence, etc. etc. than just their gender alone.

It's straight up just white feminism. It's part of the well documented history of racist/race blind white queers subconsciously thinking queer identity somehow exists void of race because they view themselves as void of race. It's the white logic of "race is something that happens to PoC, not white people" and it is the exact shit that was alienating queer, Black writers like James Baldwin and Audre Lorde 40-50 years ago. Nothing has changed. It's still the same shit that continues to alienate trans PoC now.

Trans people have always experienced sexuality and romantic relationships differently because many of us have a completely different relationship to gender than someone who has never experienced transition in some way (explicitly including intersex people who also resonate with this), which is a core piece of sexual/romantic identity, whether defined by gender preference or by lack of.
