I think its the most interesting when people do use the term, because in a way it feels almost self-invalidating from my perspective, so I'm really interested in why some people do use it :> I've heard some people say its because other people classify fae as mythological/being from stories rather than the fae themselves being not real, while other people say it just sounds nice, so there's a lot of variety in answers lol

Personally I believe that the name shenanigans with fairies follow pretty much everyone! Faes, and non-faes My fae self had the same soul as me, I'm just in another form now because I was a fool and decided to be a human. But I still have the same Star Name, same one as my fae self one. I haven't shared it with anyone, and when writing about myself I simply use aliases. Closest thing I've used is a shortened version of my Star Name that is also considered a name. But even that feels dangerous, so I've stopped doing it.

We need an innocuous piece of jewelry - I'm thinking bracelet - with carefully placed beads where the order and color of the beads indicates what we are to other alter/nonhumans. Like, seven gold beads in a row represents an angel, but a red bead in the center of those gold beads indicates a fallen angel. Stuff like that. Immediately recognizable to us. Subtle enough to go without notice.

Personally I think I was trying to do something nice for The Court I belonged to (I was in more than one court, but there was One I was entirely devoted to), but uh. I didn't consider I wouldn't remember a lot. About it. Maybe I was trying to spy on humans or something??? Or maybe this is the way the "something nice" is meant to be, me forgetting most of it, yet finding a way to remember, even if I hold no proof of it being real or not.

Time heals all wounds if it was treated right and taken care of. You have risk of infection only if you didn't take care of it or wash it or you put dirty things on it for some reason. Even then, infection doesn't mean it can't heal, it can and it will, you just have to pay attention to it and take care of it. Take care. <3

Sometimes, a large congregation of humans can be disorienting or confusing, even on the online space. While there are methods to usher individuals out from specific bloglike places, in this congregation they have instead deployed a memetic photograph to display the absurdity of the situation and how they are overwhelmed (by depicting another mammal no less!). The original human at the start of the thread is NOT the mammal in the image, nor are the others the avians. In fact, the situation seems to be that in attempt to create a unique online pheromone, the human has instead persuaded other humans to mimic this pheromone and is now confused at the duplication. It must be noted that the other humans do not appear to be doing this maliciously, but instead out of enjoyment of the original variant.
