I recently had liquor for the first time and it's made me realize something I have a lot of problems and at the bottom of a bottle of fireball I find happiness and peace but then wake up to the harsh reality of my life, I've made a lot of mistakes and I've lived with so many regrets, I can't do this anymore I have to make a choice, thanks to anyone who reads this and learns something from it

Change is one of the most difficult things that we face but change is inevitable. Everybody is not supposed to be in our life forever. If you don't get rid of the wrong friends you will never meet the right friends-joel olsteen(at the end of Ill mind of hopsin 8). This has been hitting me hard for the past couple weeks now and that's why I've been gone I'm going through some stuff that is going to be hard for me and the people around me. If I want to achieve my goal of ever playing overseas or at least attempt it I need to change and quick. If you hang around with sheep you'll be a sheep if you hang around with wolves you'll be a wolve, right now I don't know where I'm at right now but I know the man above has the plan and I have to keep grinding and I'm not afraid to embrace change and neither should you. It'll be hard to let go but the old saying is true and believe me when one door closes another one opens. Again thank you as always to anyone who reads this I really do appreciate it.

. You need to work in silence, don't prance around like you're the best because in the end you'll never be the best. The guy who is working right now who never brags is the guy who will win. If you want to look good in front of thousands you have to out work thousands if you truly want to be the best you have to be willing to do what no one else will do. You have to make many sacrifices to get to the top. And when you do it'll be lonely not many people will be on your level but while cares you've made it right? Everybody wants to be at the top but nobody is willing to put that work in. So will you put the work in? Or will you just be another name in your schools yearbook? You make the choice. Success will always be in your life, it'll come in many forms so many in fact you'd never guess it to be success. I've been a pretty successful person but it's all becuase of the hardwork I've put in. There's no magic or shortcut to get successful. The only true and proven was it work hard and never let go of your dreams even when they are crushed. When you are pushed to your last breath when you are done you have to find something deep inside of you, you'll find deep inside of yoh the reason why you want it so bad and once you do success will follow. See most people as soon as that last breath comes they give up they give up before they even give themselves the chance. Your mind has to be right for you to do right, it's all a mind game. If there's one thing I miss about being let go from the jv team it has to be the bond you build with your teammates and how they are forever going to be your brothers. They are the ones who watch you struggle, they are the ones there to pick you up when you can't run that last suicide. Looking back on it I can say that getting suspended may have been a good thing becuase it only increases my hungry to come back next year and finally start a highschool game and finally do something. On the other I do have that voice saying why even tryout you're going to go through all that effort and pain again for what? Your biggest competition is the guy/girl staring at you in the mine. How will you defeat him? Thanks to anyone who reads this I really do appreciate it

Hey guys sorry I've been away for awhile just been caught up with workouts and things of that nature. So I just wanted to share some information with you guys in regards to preworkout I'm starting my own line of preworkout called pump dragon. I've had this idea for awhile and really am going to run with since I'm getting all of the ingredients soon, I really think I can make something that can be used for pumps in the gym and on the court. Anyways guys this is just a short quick nugget of information and again I'm sorry for being away I'll get back to my regular one post a day. Been playing in these kyrie 2's for a while now and they are hands down the best shoe "guard shoe" I've ever worn. They aren't low tops and they just fit so right, lightweight and so many other benefits. Only bad thing is the cushioning is lacking but that's coming from a guy who is a post player and plays heavy with their feet speeds alot of time jumping up to snag the rebounds. Would highly recommend then to anyone. Again thank you to anyone who reads this I really do appreciate it and sorry for the lack luster posting if anyone cares.

I'm not one for pictures at the gym but I believe that sometimes you have to show yourself off to realize what you have. I believe taking one picture every once and awhile that you feel you look beautiful,muscular or just feel good in that you will boost your confidence and make you want to achieve that again and again. So when will you take your picture and remember no matter how slow you're going you're always lapping the person on the couch. Like always thanks to anyone who reads this I really appreciate it.

Hey guys sorry i didn’t post anything about the game last night we won and i was 0 for 3 on the night we played a team of guys all over 6 foot and this league never calls fouls so driving in is pointless unless you want to get injured. Anyways thats not what this blog is about, i finally got a job i had an interview at sears today and was hired. i am looking forward to making some money now and being able to pay for camps and travel to tryouts this is going to be a really big thing for me, i will also be able to finally buy a pair of yeezy’s mark my words i will have a pair. well thats all for today guys just wanted to give you a quick update and like always thank you to anyone who reads or likes this i really do thank you from the bottom of my heart. 

Hey guys boy do i have some information for you so yesterday at around 6:30 i went to shoot around with my buddy wing at the local juco. We get there and start to shoot and play some 2′s when the intramural college league shows up. I’m thinking man i have to leave we have only been here for like 30 minutes but it turns out that one of the teams forfeited. So the lady who runs the league comes up to us and asked if we wanted to play a pick-up game against this team. So i ended up playing against college athletes and i went 2 for about 6, i missed a ton of wide open threes(something to work on) after the game one of the guys we were playing with walks up to me and asks “hey do you want to play for my team, one of our players is gone and you played pretty good” with zero stalling i said yes. So my next two games are tomorrow at 6:30. This is a huge thing for me i am going to be able to play against college athletes and get better in the process, this just goes to show that you should take every chance that you get you cant let that one opportunity slip away.( cue lose yourself by eminem) anyway thanks for the support guys and thank you to any one who reads this. Maybe ill try and get some pictures or videos of my playing.

Before I get into this story I just want to thank everyone that went out of their way to follow me like that’s something that really truly is amazing. On to the story today was MAX-OUT DAY in weights we maxed out on bench and squat now I’m going to stop the story right there and let you guys know I have the left hip and knee of a 90 year old who never does legs because he only wants a huge upper body I’m not even ashamed to say I want a prison body so go ahead and keep that picture in your head while I explain this story. My goal since freshman year was to bench 200 pounds I remember summer weights I could barely do a 25 on each side I mean I was weak, all the looks I would get from people because i was weak will always be burned in my head, and I was always afraid to squat heavier because of my bad left side, recently I’ve gotten help to get rid of the pain so I’ve been able to just crush goals. Today I benched 205 pounds and squatted 300. Guess what all those people who used to laugh at me for not being able to lift are jealous because I reached my goal and they finally gave me the recognition. So I’m going to leave you with this last little bit of help don’t ever and I mean ever give up on your goals they are like a fire and always need tinder and what happens when you neglect a fire it burns out and your passion for that goal is gone, you always need to keep that fire going and nobody has to see your goal as long as you know what you want that’s all that is needed. I hope this can help or reach anyone and save that fire inside of you save it from going out. Sorry for the long post I can ramble on too much. Thanks to anyone out there who reads this, I really do appreciate it.

At the end of my 8th grade basketball season i was moved up for the end of the season championship and that really is the end of that. Now going on to my 9th grade year i really started getting fit i was doing insanity the asylum everyday after the high schools basketball workouts i started lifting weights seriously i really started getting into to. I ended up making my freshman team but never played much and never scored. Come my next year i am all into weightlifting i never miss a day of summer weights and i can say that with honor i attend everything and then some but come tryouts i’m CUT from the junior varsity team it was heartbreaking but i had a great support system of friends who i trained with they were all former varsity players. I just constantly got better and better. Then rolling into my sophomore summer going into junior year i met a coach who changed me for the better and his name was john. When i say for the better that man changed my whole way of the game and made me play the way i do now. You see he gave me that chance again he was some one who believed in me and told me everything i needed to hear. Junior year i had mixed feelings i didn’t know if i wanted to play or not but i go out anyway and i make the team i get some decent time too about 6th or 7th man off the bench. This is the sad part i end up getting suspended from the jv team for playing on a recreational league. Heart breaking right? well to me no i didn’t want their pity playing time i want to be something better i want to prove them all wrong. So i continue to strive for that starting spot on varsity and if it does not come then in my eyes that’s okay with me because i have bigger plans. Thank you to anyone who stuck around through this, now comes the better parts and fun stuff. Thank you to anyone out there who reads this.

I was never the really cool kid who was skinny and had all the muscles and was the most athletic. I liked to listen to rap music and play video games, i always had a passion for sports though. My 7th grade year i am pushing 200 some pounds at about 5′8. Basketball tryouts roll around and i end up making c-team for multiple reasons two being i was not in shape at all and hardly played basketball. I don’t remember much from 7th grade basketball but i knew i had to make a change if i ever wanted to play again. Fast forward to 8th grade year i’m about 5′10 and still husky tryouts roll around again and i make c-team for the second year in a row but this year was my year. Coach V and Coach B were the best coaches i have had so far they believed in me more then anything. During my second year on c-team i was the guy who took every drill to the max because i wanted to get better i remember showing up 15-20 minutes before practice just to work on left handed layups and dribbling because i knew that was one of my weak links. What i’m trying to tell you guys is my 8th grade year is when i took basketball serious and wanted to make something out of it. Well that’s all for today’s back story i just wanted to give you a little taste of it i will make another post soon finishing up my middle school years probably tonight or tomorrow so be on the look out.
