While taking care of things back at the homestead, Connor comes across a little girl, no older than the age of three.

The little girl was from a travelling family who was staying at the inn for a few days and she took quite a liking to big Connor, though he was unsure how to react to a tiny child following him around the homestead.

After a while he finds himself playing with the little girl, playing hide and seek, a game of tag and even letting her rest on his shoulders and she would gasp in awe at how tall he was.

Connor didn’t admit it but when the little girl had to leave the homestead he teared up a bit since when spending time with the girl, he remembered at how he had lost his childhood and the little girl reminded him that you were never too old to enjoy life.

Little Girl: Mister Kenway!

Little Girl: I’ve missed you!

Little Girl: Ma and Da said that they’d like to move and live here. 

Little Girl: Can we? Please? So then we could play again too!

Connor: Of course, you can.

Little Girl: YAY!
