So I’ve never actually done this before, and I never thought I’d have to but today has been one of the hardest days.

My 7yr old emotional support animal, a chihuahua named Meeka, has fallen super ill. I rushed her into emerg today, paid the last $500 I had to my name to last me these next two weeks, and now she is back home as I had to decline hospitalization due to not having the funds. Tomorrow they want to schedule her for an ultrasound to see whats going on and that’s where I need help. The total quoted cost of the ultrasound is $800.00 CAD. A friend of mine is giving me $150.00 to help but I am still short $650.00. I would rather be able to pay for her ultrasound than buy myself food or groceries, because she means more to me and I can ration the food I have to last me a week.
