How many times is someone's 'glow up' just them losing weight and nothing else? A glow up is someone becoming more confident. A glow up is someone finding the style that makes them really happy. A glow up is someone getting more rest and looking overall happier. None of these things require you to lose weight, period- y'all are just fatphobic.
