i'd love to not be on social media, but if i cant discover new art and fall down rabbit holes of discovery frequently, i think iwill be losing one of my mostvaluable hobbies which expands my artistic mind. ive been thinking of making a list of every artist that has ever inspired me and some of their work that i love but, practically my blog is a log of that. i recently read about how collecting is one of the earliest "hobbies" there is and i think if i werent collecting art digitally and scrolling on ebay, then in a different time i wouldve been collecting seashells and mudlarking. ofc i still have time to pick up those hobbies too. might work toward finding more outdoor hobbies and trying to creep out from under the encroaching agoraphobia.
