I don't tend do specific coffee reviews a lot nowadays, but i HAD to share this absolute banger.

I've had this as both a filter (as it proudly says on the bag), but always one to be difficult, I've also ran it through the espresso machine - a little longer of an extraction than your usual 'spro, and it's been divine. Similarly to a coffee I sampled with the Concious Coffee team back at the Manchester Coffee Festival, sampling a 'funky' bean on espresso really does knock your socks off when done well.

late night baking: TikTok taught me you can prove bread in an instant pot and hey, it was phenomenal

Stayed up late to watch the Grammys yesterday. Today I have an early night.

i've been housebound for 3+ weeks after a dodgy knee injury, and am spending too much time back at a desk.
