i know ive talked about it before but i was really really scared to get back into star trek because when i did like it, i became so hyper fixated it was mentally debilitating for me, as well as other things, but i’ve been watching a couple episodes of snw and been looking at random little memes on pinterest and it’s not too bad. i still got this bad feeling going to post this because i still negatively associate star trek with bad things.

i was unwell when i got into it, so kind of like how people who have beat cancer associate certain smells and tastes with being sick/chemotherapy if it was a food they ate during chemo, when i think of star trek, i think of how i felt while watching it for the first time, which was generally bad, and then i start feeling bad

also, like i said, being so so obsessed with it worsened my mental state, which really just drives my first point home. and, there were a lot of people who made fun of me for liking Star Trek, even in a lighthearted way, soo..

point is i negatively associate star trek with a bad time in my life but i still really like it and want to try getting back into it again, even though im scared to.

when your blog got terminated a while back, as soon as i found out, i was genuinely crying and panicking. i posted about it, i texted all my friends, i was shaking and sobbing because i was so scared of losing you.

i’m not 18 yet, but when i am, I’m flying to england to meet you. this is a fact. after i move out, after I’m an adult. it’s a few hundred dollars and a nine hour flight. you told me where you live once, mentioned your city in a post. I don’t know if you remember it, but I do. i didn’t even need to write it down it’s just always been on my mind. you can’t kill yourself because i haven’t met you yet.

you underestimate your importance in my life. in everyones lives. there is so many people who support you, and i am number one, always there at the frontlines. i love you.

hunger games modern highschool au. the hunger games are just some random school event with paintball guns. plutarch is just a theatre kid and he makes fan edits in his free time. haymitch is addicted to energy drinks. effie is in a fashion club that cinna is the president of. the careers are just popular kids. no matter what grade you’re in, you’re eligible for the ‘reaping’ and the victors become mentors (duh) until they graduate. haymitch, plutarch, and effie r seniors. peeta, katniss, gale, ect, are freshman. snow is the principal. nobody dies because none of them are evil or being given weapons.

No, no no… you identify bone from rock or other substances by touching it to your tongue. If it sticks, it’s bone. The taste itself has nothing to do with it. And most archaeologists won’t lick human bones if they know they’re human.

…and I realize that doesn’t actually do much to prove archaeologists aren’t freaks.
