Oh my god I'd been searching for days and couldn't find it and as soon as I submitted my question, I managed to find a super low-quality video ad for the perfume, April Fields.

I do still wonder if you might have the print ad though...

April Fields rings a bell, I feel like I've seen it somewhere lately because it reminded me of Vanilla Fields lol (which I LOVED). I don't think I saw it in Seventeen, but one of my other magazines. If I come across it again, I'll send it to you :)
