Hi everyone. I figured I would introduce myself (again) to the lovely world of Tumblr. I’ve had Tumblr accounts before, but I never treated them seriously so now I would like to try to build an audience with my writing.

I'm a computer student by day and an aspiring writer by night. This is a personal blog / writing blog space for me.

I just made some homemade gyoza and I LOVE them! I have full control of the recipe and they are cheaper to make. So cooking things you see around / enjoy eating but buy premade is a great thing to do over the summer

Weird take, but I think the dark romance genre's popularity might be a response to the colletive awareness of male violence and misogyny.

Like, instead of collective action against men (decentring men, seperatism etc), it's easier to numb ourselves to the reality and hope for better in the case of regular romance books, or make peace with it and hope for survival in case of dark romance.

keep writing. It can be hard, and it’s easy to get discouraged. But don’t worry about the quality. Don’t worry if something isn’t conveyed the way you want. There is always a second draft. There is always a time for you to edit later. just enjoy writing. It’s a great hobby.

this goes out to all of the masc women: stop being ashamed about your body!! sexual dimorphism is a natural characteristic of the female body. stop trying to desperately flatten your chest with uncomfortable too small sports bras. stop stressing out when your pants don't perfectly hide your hips. when you start dressing masculine, it can be so freeing not having to adhere to the rules of "feminine" dressing. don't trade one insecurity for another, or one gender role for another. the whole point of dressing masc is to be COMFORTABLE and YOURSELF. you don't need to look like a male. it's okay to have breasts and hips, it's only natural. those parts of your body are as neutral as your elbows or your shoulders.
