You don't just start running on your broken leg by week three, it takes months of being gentle with it to even bear weight, and then you have to do exercises and stretches to get back to where you were before. In my experience, that's a LOT like recovering from burnout and easing back into creating things. You know it takes time, but you get eager and impatient and hurt yourself by jumping in full force too soon, so the recovery takes longer.
