Last night I was driving home with my fiancée and hit a curb in an area that wasn’t well lit. It caused my windshield to shatter, my airbags to deploy, my seatbelts to lock in place, and my rim on (thankfully only) one of my tires to bend. We’re both okay, but we’re worried about money. My fiancée is a substitute teacher that is currently out of work, and I work as a food delivery driver. This means that my job is our only source of income right now, and I can’t work until my windshield and tire are at least fixed.

We’re expecting the expenses to be between $300-500

It’s been almost a week since I’ve been able to work and it’s really starting to take a toll on us

We’ve now estimated the costs of repair to add up to about $300

Please, if you can spare anything, I’d be forever grateful

Edit: turns out $300 is just for the windshield replacement lol, so that brings the total up to $600

when my cat got deadly sick she refused to eat a single thing and it had been days but when i started crying she ate just a little bit, and upon seeing how happy it made me, kept doing it whenever she could.
