in her last few days, and for a while after, i also wondered what more i could've done for her. i was working a lot, and so much of our lives together were spend in hardship. but i know now that animals have no concept of someone 'not doing enough'- if you love them, it's enough. if you feed, house, and hold them, it's enough. i have no doubt from your post that your girl knows you and your family love her
