i have trouble with mostly all ADLs and social stuff which is hard for me my mom helps me with eating and taking medicine and other things were gonna get me into a group home soon where ill get support i need this is important cause i have autism ADHD depression anxiety and other diagnosis that affect how i do things

i like watching YouTube and making art its good for me and i love Wolverine hes the best superhero i collect everything with him on it im done with high school and right now im NEET which means no work or school but im focusing on getting better and getting support first

for me tantrums are different from meltdowns cause they happen when i dont get something i want. i have this really strong need for routine and i get frustrated super easy and sometimes i just cant handle being told no. i really like things to be fair and if theres no good reason why i cant have something i want i get really angry

my tantrums look like arguing and hitting things and crying and screaming and it might seem like im freaking out over something small like not getting chick-fil-a or a toy i want but its actually a really big deal for me. ill try to negotiate and argue to get what i want and if that doesnt work ill get even more upset. i totally refuse to move on until i either get what i want or the person im arguing with leaves completely and then i might do SIB or self harm

these tantrums are really emotionally intense and they drain me completely. i get headaches from crying and screaming and afterwards i feel super guilty and exhausted. i dont like having tantrums but they happen

hello thank you for asking i have trouble talking when i am really stressed or overwhelmed and sometimes talk too loud or too quiet and cant really tell which one im doing it is also hard for me to look at peoples eyes when im talking to them.

i also have issues with back and forth talking because i don't know the right things to say and i usually just talk about Wolverine or other things that interest me. also have trouble with literal thinking and take things too seriously sometimes and make people confused. writing is easier for me than talking but i still write a bit messy sometimes but thats ok

i get really overwhelmed in group conversations or noisy places and sometimes lose my words i also have trouble telling people when i need help or when im feeling bad and sometimes i cant find the right words to explain whats wrong. my mom helps me alot with talking to doctors and stuff cause its hard for me to explain things to them the right way
