I was very happy when I arrived on the outskirts of northern Gaza after a year and a half of oppression and displacement, but that joy quickly turned into deep sadness and indescribable shock.

My family cried blood when they saw what happened to their homes and neighborhoods in the north. There was no life at all, no water, no electricity, no infrastructure, and no basic requirements for a decent living.

What happened in Gaza is not just a passing crisis, but rather a major catastrophe, genocide and comprehensive destruction that befell the Strip. People are still trying to comprehend the magnitude of the tragedy.

We have just finished putting up a tent next to our destroyed house, and we are now facing new challenges. The place lacks water and the infrastructure is completely destroyed. We urgently need to provide water tanks, so we can build a bathroom next to the tent.

Water is the basic necessity of life; and the Zionist occupation has robbed us of even this dignity. They wanted to rob us of our lives, of our lands but, Palestine is ours. Gaza is ours and we will plant our roots once again and rebuild our homes here. Please stand by us in support. The goal is to reach 3000€

I'm Eman. I’m 17 years old, and until the start of this war I lived a happy life in Gaza with my mother.

We’re currently residing in Khan Younis and living in a tent as a result of the brutalities committed by Israel since October 7th.

My father was martyred in the 2014 aggression.

My mother has been suffering from increase blood pressure and heart problems for more than four years and needs lifelong treatment now that her condition has worsened since the beginning of the aggression

We struggle daily to survive in an environment full of threats and risks.

The occupation destroyed my dreams and my future.

My school has also been destroyed, and I'm now a year behind other students my age.

We’re four member my parents ,me and my sister. We once lived a simple but happy life filled with love and warmth, until the war brought destruction to our home and shattered our dreams.

One night, as we tried to sleep amidst the constant sounds of bombing, a massive explosion shook our neighborhood. The house trembled around us, and when the dust settled, we realized our home had turned into a pile of rubble. What was once our safe haven became just a memory. With no other choice, we joined hundreds of families who had also lost everything, searching for safety in the streets.

I grew up in northern Gaza, where we lived a life of comfort and love 💖🏠, all thanks to my mother, Maysaa ❤️, who has a heart condition 💔, and my father, who worked hard to provide a bright future for us 🌟👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. My siblings—Shabaan, Hanan, Ahmed, and my youngest sister Ameera, our little darling 👧💖—were my closest friends, and we shared dreams 🌈, laughter 😂, and plans for a life full of hope 🌅✨.

I was a student 📚 at the Rosary Sisters School, part of the Union of Churches. My school meant so much to me; it was more than a building 🏫. It was my second home 🏡, a place where I felt safe and happy 😊💛, surrounded by friends and childhood laughter 👦👧💫.

But in a single moment, our lives were turned upside down 💔😢. The war destroyed our home 🏠💥 and my beloved school 🏫💔, and we were forced to flee south under heavy bombing 💣💥💨. We took refuge in the Nuseirat area, hoping to find safety 🤲. Yet even there, we were not spared; fighter jets bombed ✈️💥 the very place where we had sought shelter. I witnessed family members being taken from us in that attack 🕊️😭.

I share my story today as a child who has lost almost everything: my home 🏠💔, my school 🏫🌪️, family members 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🕊️, and even my dreams 🌠. I am reaching out not only to share the pain 💔 but to search for a glimmer of hope 🌄 to help rebuild our lives.
