Instead of putting fruit in your plain greek yogurt you put vegetables. Garlic and a little lemon. Cucumber and tomato mostly, but i’ve liked bell pepper too, spinach/kale would be nice. Mint if you have it. I have pine nuts in the one I ate today because i am made of money. Chickpeas if I am proteinmaxxing (rare). I also put chili oil in it but I feel like harissa would be nice. Poached egg also goes really well in this.
