After two incredible seasons of television those s3 writers really went into the brainstorming room, picked up their darts, and said what if we uhhhh reveal Jamie was csa’d...and then later we redeem his father. We leak Keeley’s nudes…and then we have Roy ask her who they were for. Rebecca will also brush off her story about being sexually harassed by her secondary school teacher and her new girlfriend will be a super evil rich bisexual. Representation win! The rest of her storyline isn’t worth mentioning, but we’ll be sure to give it an insane portion of our runtime. Beard and Jane ought to get married! …at Stonehenge…While expecting a baby. Nobody will try to remove him from his abusive situation or even mention that it’s abusive. Of course, we can’t actually make it to Stonehenge to film on location, but I think a green screen should totally be fine. What else? Well, obviously Keeley should be mostly terrible at her job. And Ted should be mostly terrible at his job. And Roy should commit several blatant and kind of alarming HR violations. Aw shucks! Rebecca? Can’t think of what to do with her… Oh wait! How about another finding romance storyline, but this time there’s a psychic? 🔮✨ And speaking of romance, i think we should just go for it with the canon polyamory…with Dani. In the background. 😌 We need more conflict? let’s bring back Rupert. He was so excellent in season one, but this time I think we make him, like, cartoonishly, laughably evil. For funsies.
