I’m going to need someone to look me in the eye and tell me that a skater who is still bitter about another skater being chosen over him for the Olympics FOUR years ago and made a comment about it in the kiss and cry is getting a fair play award over a skater who made the audience cheer for every single skater after her for like 2 hours and literally yelled at them when they didn’t cheer hard enough, comforted two skaters heartbroken over their results (who ranked higher than her), and physically blocked a camera to stop it from filming a skater crying over losing gold - without bursting out laughing.

I’m sorry Ilia gets an award for not throwing a hissy fit that he lost gold after the worst skate of his career?? Jun hugged Misha too, where is his award?? Yuma cheered for Shun before he cheered for his medal? Yuma and Kaori CRIED when UtaMasa skated just because they had a chance to go to the Olympics. Kaori literally changed this entire sport for the better. Like Kaori singlehanded improved the entire culture and landscape of women’s skating and where is her freaking award? Alyssa is out here calling skaters from other countries here teammates. I’m not an Amber shooter but her not getting it is kind of embarrassing. I swear misogyny is a crazy drug

Each one led to new views and experiences, and it became a very important program where I was able to grow a lot. Is being conscious of the fact that you can’t hear or see well when in dreams true for everyone? I’ll have a dream where otherwise I’m fully invested and unaware I’m dreaming, but say throughout “hmm I’m not seeing well” or “sorry I can’t hear you well.” And I assume it’s “me” recognizing that things aren’t sharply defined since it’s not real, but have also wondered if it’s “me” somehow realizing my glasses aren’t on my real body, or that my earplugs are.
