1900 Paris World's Fair (Colorized) Pure timeless elegance.
Antique British Truncheons
These are 19th-century British police truncheons. Before modern badges or uniforms, these hand-painted sticks served as a constable's official ID. The royal symbols, like "VR" for Queen Victoria, proved the officer had the crown's authority to make an arrest.
Coal-Fired Steam Motorbike
Hand-built in North Yorkshire by Mark Sanderson, this machine is a rare example of a fully functional steam-powered bike. It pairs a homemade engine with a vintage-style boiler, resulting in a brute of a vehicle that feels plucked from a 19th-century workshop. Every puff of steam from its towering chimney confirms its status as a masterpiece of modern steampunk craftsmanship.
Mark Sanderson is a skilled enthusiast from Carlton in North Yorkshire, UK, who has taken his passion for steam engines to a whole new level

This wire sculpture in Piazza Solferino, Turin, was created by the city's gardener-artist Rodolfo Marasciuolo. It features an elegant figure that looks like a ghost from the Victorian era, complete with a lace umbrella and a long dress.
This is a literal "Hammerhead" shark created by artist Matt Sanders.
The sculpture is made from 685 reclaimed steel hammer heads and weighs 500 lbs (about 227 kg). It took approximately 2,500 hours of work to weld together. Sanders even used sledgehammers for the eye sockets and ball-peen hammers for the eyes to give it a realistic look.
It was displayed at the Aquarium of the Pacific in California and remains one of the coolest examples of upcycled art out there.
Therry Rossberg, a talented member of our Steampunk Tendencies community, transforms antique sewing machines into these incredible miniature racers. A brilliant fusion of 19th-century engineering and creative upcycling.
The Evolution of Boston City Hall
Top (1865): The Old City Hall, a classic example of Second Empire architecture. It features a decorative Mansard roof and French-inspired details. It served as the city's headquarters until 1969.
Bottom (1970): The current Boston City Hall, an iconic and controversial example of Brutalist architecture. Built from raw poured concrete, it replaced the old seat of government as part of a 1960s urban renewal project.
The Phantom Voyager
Originally commissioned for a French entertainer, this ornate boat bed has spent decades drifting through the history of cinema. It is a rare piece of craftsmanship that transcended its functional purpose to become a recurring visual icon on the silver screen.
