Sweeney Todd Swap AU where Lucy is Sweeney, the 'Demon Barber of Fleet Street' and Benjamin Barker is the beggar. Ideally, this AU would keep most of their canon backstories: Lucy was still abused by the Judge and attempted to kill herself by drinking poison, but after surviving decided to go out to sea to find Benjamin. Benjamin was still transported, but came back at some point, but had gone mad by the time he did. Maybe you could even swap Johanna and Anthony, have Johanna be the sailor without Lucy/Sweeney knowing she's her daughter, and the judge still wanting to marry Johanna and angry his ward Anthony is intrested in her.
