More i think about it the more i realize it is actually interesting (beyond the whole. freddy is the main mascot so he gets special princess privileges) that of all of the mci/animatronics Charlie/The Puppet entrusts Gabrielle/Freddy to S-A-V-E-T-H-E-M
SAVETHEM in general is just... interesting. let's take a look at it (:
the minigame starts in party room 3, which is one of the places that withered freddy does go to in the game!
What should be noted is that charlie the puppet child in the minigame is moving towards the music box. which is like - i dunno about you But considering that it is the place where her animatronic rests in, it feels like a place to hide.
an interpretation of this is supported by her line in UCN; "I recognize you! But I'm not afraid of you. Not anymore." this implies that she was... scared of William, who was in the location when the DCI murders happened.
the parts & service room also shows that gabriel was the first one to activate. this also aligns with how the cutscenes in fnaf 2 implies that he might be the first one to wake up in the animatronic.
this also makes the minigame starting in party room 3 more interesting. because like... it could've started in parts & service, where the withereds actually reside. i'd say it is less about Why he's in Party Room 3 (though if any of you have an interpretation for that, i am open to reading it) and more that it implies he was walking around and active as the DCI was happening.
if we're going to interpret gabriel's behavior out of these tiny little abstract pieces, i'd say that it shows that he is one of the more active MCI kids. i feel like you can also argue that he is the one who has the most control over his animatronic. which does feel consistent with how freddy in fnaf 1 does Not backtrack
not to bring up fnaf 3's elusive BB's Air Adventure minigame which is oddly assigned to freddy child again......... But come on guys you have to complete that Twice for the good ending, especially since you have to get one of the endings to complete mangle's quest. i feel like gabriel truly was naturally a leader even before he died.

something that is a bit related to SAVETHEM - in the gameplay when he's in the office, he is Leaning forward and reaching out. i'd say this is notable because out of the other animatronics who could get into the office, he is the only one doing that.
considering it is implied throughout the games that the reason why the kids are trying to kill you are because they think you're their murderer... could that face blindness extend to Someone who might've gotten away with a murder in front of you. yeah you couldn't save them the first time, but god fucking damn it you could at least get the Guy who did it, right.
All of the Cassidy AU stuff has infected my dreams. this one has very simple backgrounds, so it wasn't hard to work on this one. for anyone curious, the Lineart is the part that takes the longest; it usually takes me 2 hours to finish them. coloring and shading are stuff i can get done in 20 minutes total. more complex pages would bump them up to 30 or 35 minutes, but that's it. they are generally the parts i could get done quick.
In an au where all of Deltarune’s characters were replaced with Fnaf characters, who would Cassidy and CC replace? The rest of the MCI, too? Or at least what roll would they play?
interesting question!...because i feel like my interpretations of the characters are so different that they just Cannot replace any of the main cast. like their arcs are just so different
but.i do like thinking of fnaf and deltarune together so.
cassidy is a darkner and she would be one of the secret bosses that actually looked through the shadow crystal. i like to think that she is relegated to only hints and mentions by the other characters and you'll only really see her once you fight her... but i also am fond of the idea of her being a prominent character that becomes a secret boss in real time
in a potential lightner cassidy scenario i like to think that she would be similar to noelle. in a sense that she goes through 200 Shits and is at the brink of going insane, she's just hiding it with the worlds fakest smile ever
CC is such a weird one because he just...doesn't fit any of the characters. he's an odd little creature that just does whatever he wants because there is nobody by his side. he's too passive to be anyone really
so i'm going to go with what i think would be the funniest. i think he would be the vessel for a soul because william probably did some bullshit. imagine being dead and then you're suddenly revived because of your dad. And you're now sharing your body with a Gamer.
as for the rest of the mci i kinda. like the idea of them being darkners in the dark world and their dark world is basically like chapter 5 where you deal with a cast of goofballs LMAO
