Loāak had grown a habit of just holding you in that faraway shack. Whenever you were asleep, he would pray to Eywa you would never be taken away and that you would never be the one to do it.
You would catch sometimes just staring from across the brewing concoctions you fashioned every day. And on occasion you would be the one who stared.
Exploring the rainforest at the reefās edge, only the fringes of it. āItās not the same but it looks like home,ā He would be the one to teach you in those moments, using one of Neteyamās bows to hunt. His body would encase yours, selfishly correcting your form each time you strung the bow and whispering instructions in your ear. The hunt abandoned with your back against moss and vines, yourself and Loāak in the heat of feverish kisses.
Your palms pressed against his heaving chestā a gentle push away while your eyes couldnāt find the strength to leave his. Foreheads pressed together, āWhatās wrong, yawntu?ā His newfound nickname for you. āWant me to go back to the village?ā
Your head shook immediately, āOf course not,ā hand moved to the side of his neck, āIām just not used to this.ā The heat of him being so near and the involuntary way your body reacted to him.
The light touch at your waist moved to cup your faceā making you focus on him alone, āWhy didnāt you say anything?ā He didnāt speak with malice or rage, Loāak felt ashamed that you couldnāt talk to him searching your eyes. You thought he would realise that someone like you wasnāt worth his time.
āJust forget I said anything, Iām happy youāre here.ā You picked up the bow and made your exit from the jungle and Loāak could do nothing but watch and follow; fully aware of the doubts in your mind, while feeling powerless to solve them.
His gaze on you in the stoked fire beneath the brewing pot, it had been a week since he had found you at the tsakarem hut. āDid you want to go see Payakan and Paysyul? Theyāve missed you a lot,ā he saw how your jaw tightened and veins pop as you continued with the various remedies Ronal had ordered from you. Only when his hand was pressed atop yours did the stirring pause. āYawntu, take a break.ā
āI canāt, Ronal needs these vials.ā
The palm on your cheek had your attention, āThis stuff can wait.ā
The tulkun were a sight for sore eyes as was the joy you felt. Although Loāak had saved your life it felt as though you were still drowning in that week together. Youād scream in your sleep names Loāak didnāt recognise and about a fire that consumed.
āYou did it again. Loāak was distraught when he last spoke to Payakan and I,ā you remember the times when Paysyul had been the one to rescue you as did she, āThere is no shame in telling him, sister, he sees you.ā
āYou cannot be serious?ā
āI have felt this same way but a Naāvi girl showed me thereās something to live for.ā You embraced her as she keened into your arms. āLet him do the same, sister.ā
You peered over at him laughing with Payakan. He could understand him and sign to him without a stutter. You whispered so only Paysyul could hear, āHe shouldnāt carry my burdens. Look at him, sister, someone so good shouldnāt have to endure it.ā
āYou speak as if you are the only one with a past. Give him a chance.ā
Another glance over to Loāak, who was already looking your way.
You returned to the isolation away from Awaāatlu. āJust one more night, then I will go back to the village.ā
His arms slinked around youā kiss planted to your temple, āThen Iāll stay, too.ā You slipped into the warmth and allowed him to be there, not shunning him. āBut please, baby, no more remedies,ā he spoke and you laughed.
āFineā¦ā
Instead of being huddled around in front of a fire, your bodies floated gazing at the stars above. āMy dadās from a star,ā Loāakās hand guided your own to one glimmer in particular, āThat one.ā He was not looking at the stars in the sky, but the ones reflected in your eyes.
You saw him, āIām not a star, Loāakā¦ā
Your interlocked hands laid in the waterās surface, āYouāre the closest thing Iāve ever seen to one.ā
The constellations were clear to your eye and Loāak started pointing them out, āThe Warriorās Bow, thereās The Fisherās Spearā,ā
āāthe Mighty Slotsyalā¦ā
āWhatās wrong?ā
A deep breath, āYour clan rides with ikran, mine rode with slotsyal⦠not native in our lands but always found their way to our village,ā the smile broad but solemn on your lips, āI even managed to bond with one when I was fourteen, her skin was like the night sky filled with stars. SnatanhƬ was what I called her because she was as beautiful as the lights above. Fierce, loyal and my best friendā¦ā
You didnāt look Loāak, it would be unbearable, āWhat happened?ā His hand gripped yours.
Staring blankly above, āShe was killed, like everything in my village.ā He gave your hand a squeeze as you continued, āI was out with SnatanhƬ and saw the ikran of our neighbouring clan⦠we had offered aid after their home tree was destroyed by the mountain, they were our allies. But when I saw the flames⦠I knew they werenāt there to accept the help instead there to take the resources by force. They attacked in the dead of nightā like cowardsā most of our warriors burned alive at Hometree but those that didnāt werenāt enough. I couldnāt even save my own family from our kelku⦠SnatanhƬ is the only reason Iām breathing now, she took an arrow to the side so I didnāt take another and flew all the way to Awaāatlu. She bled out on the sand behind us⦠Ronal found me collapsed outside the mangrove, Iāve lived in Metkayina ever since.ā Not knowing what to say, the manās arm guided you into the warm cusp of his side, head rested on his chest.
You had never felt so safe, since you were a child.
The morning arrived as soon as the night crept in.
It started out in the normality you had grown accustomed to being alone with Loāak, woken up to a kiss to your temple that moved to behind your ear. His body the only insulation you had. āWhy do we have to go back today?ā Muffled against the stripes of your skin as the trail of pecks traced lower to your collarbone, dangerous as his hands moved back your black locks and held your hips as if he owned them. Breathless sounds strained against your throat, eyes dipped closed knowing what would happen if you saw him. āYāknow, we could stay for a couple daysā¦ā Fingers played with your top, guiding the sturdy straps down light azure shoulders.
Thatās when you broke the trance Loāak held over you, he kept going, nipping your shoulder between his teeth. Your moan forced a groan from his chest, āLoāakā¦ā It made him carry on instead of the opposite, laying a purple mark on the opposite shoulder.
Itās not like you didnāt want his fingertips digging in your skin or his lips worshipping it, āJust not yet, Loāak, please,ā your heartbeat raced as your breath hitched. His eyes seriousā curious.
āAm I doing something wrong? Did I hurt you?ā His face hovered over yours, your palm reached for his cheek.
You laughed, āYouāre perfect, Loāak⦠thatās why I want to do this properly with youā¦ā You brought him onto your lips for only a second, āOnly you.ā
The rain boomed across the water, pitter patters on the hutās roof and the fire lit for visibility as you watched his dumb smile in its light. His fingers treaded carefully on the branding on your bicep, āitās the symbol of my birthclan, I received it after my Iknimaya. Itās the mark of my clanā the silhouette of the slotsyal.ā Your voice carried a fondness, coming to peace with speaking of your history. Not able to help but flinch as Loāak laid a warm peck on the risen mark before trailing them to your shoulder and up to your neck. Laughing as he coated over sensitive spots that had you blocking his path.
āI didnāt know you were ticklish,ā repeating over the same areas until he relented. Although you werenāt used to open affection it didnāt seem to faze the man. Loāak had grown up with family hugs, his older siblings ruffling his hair like his dad would and how heād scoop Tuk up when she was crying. So it was all too easy for him to touch your skin⦠play with your hair forgetting about the stresses that remained in Awaāatlu and the rest of his world.
What Loāak didnāt know was that you needed that closenessāyou just never knew you did.
āMy mum used to speak of the Txonāongāare clan that visited the Omatikaya before the eruption,ā His curiosity in your clan would have made your skin crawl but you didnāt mind speaking of it, āthe tales of their Hometree growing in a cliff alcove supported by waterfalls that flowed into a circular river just next to the ocean.ā Unable to help the smile on your lips, eyes closed envisioning the paradise that had grown you from an infant.
āMy little sister and I would cup our hands in the waterfalls and drink the freshest water Eywa had to offer, I taught her how to swim to the Tree of the All-Motherā our own Cove of the Ancestorsā just at the foot of Hometree. But we werenāt āsea peopleā, we were born to flyā¦ā You didnāt cry; enough tears had been shed at those memories, with his hand in yours you would remember the good.
Static crackled from Loāakās earpiece, āEagle Eye. Eagle Eye itās Devil Dog. Over.ā With a huff Loāak moved away from you and adjusted the earpiece.
āThis is Eagle Eye.ā Your brows furrowed at the names being used, looking to the man.
āYou and Y/N need to return to the village. Now.ā
Loāak faced his body away from you, āWhy? Whatās wrong?ā In a hushed tone that you could still hear.
āThe RDA are killing the Metkayinaās tulkun. Get back to the village.ā Loāakās eyes met yours expressionless but his lips formed a thin line and jaw tight.
Rising to your feet as Loāakās shoulders hunched and came off of comms, āWhatās happening?ā
āThe tulkun are being hunted, my dad wants us back at the villageā¦ā But in his eyes was the truth that you both agreed on. Your own tulkun that were unaware of the danger inbound.
You held his hands, āwe need to go to Three Brothers Rocks,ā a smile in his eyes but there was a graveness to his demeanour.
Without another word you both set off on the same path as the day before. Racing quicker on your tsurak against the cold droplets dripping down your skin with Loāak doing the exact same. Hoping to reach the tulkun before the Sky People did.
Reaching the choppy waters you had grown accustomed to, your stomach flipped and the unseen hairs on your neck stood on end. āLo, somethingās wrongā¦ā
His brought back braids swung as he turned his head in every direction, his eyes grew wide with a smile, āTheyāre over there! Brother!ā His grip released your waist and swam into the water as the pair loomed forward.
But you could feel it in your bones and their rumps left the water revealing a tawtute invention, āLoāak, look!ā He reached Payakan and wiggled the device in an attempt to free it from the armour. The density of the flesh made it impossible, surprised to see your hands atop his. āCome on!ā Screamed through gritted teeth, spotting the same weapon embedded in Paysyul.
Only a glance to you, touching the necklace above the beaded one. āDevil Dog, itās Eagle Eye. Over.ā
āThis better be important, Eagle Eyā.ā
āātwo tulkun have been marked with RDA trackers at Three Brothers Rocks.ā
āYou need to get out of there, Eagle Eyeā¦ā
āI canāt do that, dad. We need help.ā
āLoāak if you stay youāre going to dieā¦ā His eyes grazed you, who was still pulling the spear out with all of your strength.
Before you called over the tsurak, āI have an ideaā¦ā Spoken too calmly for the situation at hand, hooking rope around the beacon and attacking it to the saddle.
He watched you in awe, āWe canāt leave, Dad. I wonāt abandon them.ā He turned back to the task at handā ignoring the barked orders from his father on the comm link. Pulling as the tsurak did, not so easily pulling the tracker out.
In a swift manner, you turned attention to your spirit sister. āWeāre here with you, sisterā¦ā Fastening the cord like before, the thrum of engines made the rush run over your body. It buzzed, watching the ship move over the horizon. āLoāak! Quickly!ā Seated atop the tsurak, Loāak pulled against the device and you flew against it. All as the vessel drifted closer, the rumble consumed your sense.
The tension severed itself as it broke free, āGo with them, Loāak! Iāll get the Sky Peopleās attention!ā
He rejected the offer, āNo! If they catch youā¦ā Thumb rubbed at your cheek, āPlease, baby, I canāt lose you.ā
Amber met gold, āYou have such little faith in me⦠Iām quicker than their abominations.ā A heated peck connected you before you raced away, āGo, Loāak!ā
Sinking beneath the surface like a newfound current that ran like gales in the wind. Dread lost in the depths, echoes followed you from the surfaceā the plan working.
You just prayed the three you left behind had heeded your informal orders.
Leaving the trail far enough between the kelp and coral, you dropped the device in the underwater forest. A thump to your skull from above had you waver into a sleepless slumber.
You didnāt know if it was the migraine that woke you, or the kick to the ribs. āCome on, darlinā, wakey wakeyā¦ā The unknown language had your brows furrowed and teeth bared. Hands immobile against cold sinful metal. The face before you was like the Sullysā and other forest tribes but the attire was like the Sky Peopleās warriors who wielded forbidden weaponsā the ones who Loāakās mother and father defeated twenty-two years before.
One hiss had the butt of the weapon against your temple, head tossed onto metal yet your body held you up. It had you seeing double with twice the amount of skull throb.
With that you were cast off again, into a place where the violence couldnāt reach. You heard yelling from a different person in the same distorted language that the man had spoken all while you waited for the ringing to cease in your ears.
Eyes dared to close another time but another crack to your side had your body wide awake though the pain was incomprehensible for your blurred mind. You began to hold your limp body up again. Head yanked back by the roots of your hair, forcing your eye contact.
They probably looked sunken, maybe bloodshot because of the thunks to the head you had taken that afternoon. One thing they werenāt was teary or terrified. You didnāt fear the man before you as he held the transparent technology at your eye-line, Toruk Makto. āHave you seen this man?ā Doing your best to bury the familiarity, a sharp tug to your hair and kuru had your groan meet the salted air. āDonāt play with me, sweetheart, I will put a bullet in your headā¦ā Cool and collected in his intimidation as you just stared to the sky⦠how you used to glide in it far above the cloudsā reach, practically in the palm of Eywa; feeling SnatanhƬās wonder in your soul.
A dry laugh, āI donāt know anything so do it. Do it.ā The torn flesh on your lip ached, your ribs were probably cracked and your head full of concussion but you werenāt saying a damn word.
The ground beneath you shook, the sting in your scalp alleviated as the man stepped aside talking with another artificial native. Your mind too dazed to care as it rocked again⦠surely not the current, not at Three Brothers Rocks.
Focusing your line of sight, you made out the incoming Metkayina warriors on their tsuraksā war cries carried on the seaās breeze. Your shoulders were less tense at the view⦠your adopted clan were there. You werenāt alone against the tawtute⦠maybe you could get out of it alive; feel Loāakās kiss to your pulse.
It was lucky you had never known true content throughout your life, that made the shockwave hit with less force. World blurred, blood shed on the shipās deck and thunder boomed in your sensitive ears. You knew it well in Paysyulās vivid memories, when her family were slaughtered by the same vessel you were tied to. That was all you thought as your head collided with the metal barā¦
You could see between streaked vision was the marbled purple skin you knew like your own and the song you had taught her in the first place. āSisterā¦ā A lazed smile on your face.
Another jolt had the ship bob further into the choppy sea.
There was a coziness to what your back slumped against when you had the senseless urge to sleepā eyes already closed. You hummed when fingers brushed the wisps of sodden hair away from your face, though it was too frantic for the moment. āYou gotta keep your eyes open! Come on, baby, show me those eyes,ā You were sure it was a dream⦠you squinted at brightness that haloed his face⦠but by some kind of miracle, you zoned in on just him amid the ensuing chaos. Not the spears lunging in the span of water or the pair of tulkun rolling off the deck entirely.
Just Loāak.
His thumb tugged ever-so-gently at your bruised bottom lip before he brought you into a kiss you never knew you craved forā it slowed time, the metallic taste of your blood on his tongue and the heaviness of Loāakās breath in your lungs. āIām never leaving you againā¦ā Nose nudged yours, and in a blink your wrists were unbound. Held up by his broad body, a peck at your hairline. āIāve got youā¦ā
As your weight shifted your ribcage was like wildfire and it felt like your head was about to explode. His eyes wide with worry scanning the lines of your face, but you persevered in standing and then with every step after that. His hand remained at the small of your back. The rest of the tawtute staff focused on the incoming onslaught.
Your ears heard the commotion from the cockpit of the ship as did Loāakās and the ground beneath you sped up, āHold on!ā You both reached for the bar you had been attached to only a few minutes before. Loāakās covered sheltered all of yours, his hands locked over your own. Your eyes slammed shut, unaware of the rocky outcrop the vessel beelined for. Only when your legs tangled against Loāakās midair was it made aware you had taken flight.
You didnāt scream at that moment or when your bodies were tossed back down onto deck, āYou okay?ā Urgency by how his hands tightened around yours.
āWeāre gonna be sore in the morning,ā allowing yourself to fall against him, he appreciated your laugh in that moment. āWhat just happened?ā
His attentive gaze looked through the windowsā spotting his best friend still covered in blue stripes. āSpider⦠heās hereā¦ā He lowly dwelled to himself. You remember him mentioning a tawtute boy that his siblings had grown up with⦠Loāak said that Spider was more Naāvi than human.
Your attention drawn to the scattered battlefield. āLoāak we have to help them,ā he just wanted to get you somewhere safe, tend to the injuries you bore. What stole your attention were your people being slaughtered by guns, fire glazed across the place you had called your sanctuary⦠you were sent back to the flickers of inferno consuming your home, warriors and slotsyal burning missiles that lit the nightās gloomā¦
He dragged you down to a crouch, hands cupping your face, āYou canāt fight like this, baby,ā your mouth opened in retaliation, ābut we can make it more difficult for the RDAā¦ā His warmth left you to pick up one of their weaponsā his face ready for the battle ahead. You wielded your crystal dagger in one hand and the one made from dense coral in the other. Loāak would never tell you how much his heart fluttered in that moment.
Remaining low and behind cover you navigated the submerging vessel ablaze. Your body detested how you proceeded to moveā hung upside down climbing along two metal pipelines, āThatās your friend?ā Pointing out the half-naked man covered in faint blue paint being escorted by more tawtute.
āYeah, thatās him,ā descending onto a piece of machineryā waiting for the convoy.
Loāak nodded at you before jumping down. One dagger to one throat before spreading out to impale another. Loāak made quick work of the others as did Spider. āBroā¦ā The pair fist-bumped as you wiped blood from your blades. Spider looked between yourself and Loāak, āwhoās this?ā The grin earned shove from the Naāvi man.
āThis is Y/Nā,ā
āāWe need to get out of here. Introductions can happen back at the reef.ā Your tail slashed behind you as Spider led the way. He truly did know the way of the forest, footsteps light and his smaller size made it more difficult to spot him. It was you and Loāak who drew the most attention, proven by the bullet holes that followed you before ducking behind cover.
Without your bow or spear you couldnāt do anything in terms of long range, but Loāak had his gun. āIāll cover you. Go!ā His voice rang in your shaking head.
While Spider raced to the moon pool, you ducked behind the yellow pipes. Unbeknownst to Loāak. Readying your knife for when he moved acrossā you had the soldier in sight. Catapulting your coral dagger as it imbedded itself into his shoulder. āNow, Loāak!ā You entered the water in synchronisation, you fought the desperation for rest. Loāakās arm hooked beneath yours feeling the struggle.
You both resurfaced, he planted your hands on a tsurak. āYou all good?ā The older brotherās voice echoed to his baby bro. He observed how Loāak continued to rub between your shoulder blades.
Your face pale, āJust a few broken ribs and a headache in the morningā,ā the adrenaline had run out, words began to slur.
āY/N?ā You didnāt have a chance to sink, Loāak held your waist and Neteyam guided your upper body behind him. āWeāve got you, babyā¦ā An absent-minded smile on your lips at the nickname. Head slumped against Loāakās shoulder as he fitted onto the tsurak, holding you close to him so you wouldnāt disappear.
You expected to awaken surrounded by Eywa⦠instead you woke up in a marui. You were right about being sore in the morning.
Then it flooded back, āLoāak!ā Bolting upright was a mistake, holding your right side as it dared to set you ablaze. Your body wrapped in Ronalās signature mix of remedy and fashioned weavings. Gentle hands led your back against the sleeping mat, the beads gifted from Tuktirey hung over his cheek.
His large palm covered the side of your face, āIām here, yawntu,ā you felt safe with him, watching every freckle glimmer and tracing the lines marking his body.
Are your family okay?ā A single nod, kiss to the centre of your forehead. āPaysyul and Payakan?ā
āTheyāre worried about youā the tulkun and my familyā¦ā Your hand felt tiny compared to his as his thumb stroked over your knuckles. āPaysyul and Payakan are safe, they actually saved Tsireya and Aoānung during the battleā¦ā
āThatās good⦠but your family barely know me, Loāak.ā He scoffed at your words.
āHave you met my family? We take on strays for a living.ā He only wanted to see your smile. āI also told them youāre my mate,ā his head tilted waiting for your reaction, ears flicked back slightly.
āWe arenāt mated, Loāak,ā you dragged him closer.
A wild grin brightened his features. āIf you keep doing that, baby⦠then I wonāt be able to stop myself,ā your head shook, diverting his kiss to your cheek not the touch that grazed over your thigh band.
āI didnāt think you had it in you, second son,ā you teased, body growing in desperation ever since he mentioned the word āmateā.
His face above yours, his elbow beside your head holding him there. āThen maybe you should get to know me better,ā flirting against the warmth of your neck as your head arched back. āGot any suggestions, gorgeous?ā
The curtain parted behind him, āOh Eywa, Loāak!ā His older brother, all the second son could do was laugh at the irony. āI could have been Tuk! Keep it in your tweng, skxawngā¦ā Neteyam couldnāt hold the laughter, while your face buried into Loāakās broad shoulder.
āWhat do you want, bro?ā Tone was incredulous, now facing his own brother who ventured further into the marui.
āI was checking if she had woken up yet, looks like sheās doing more than breathingā¦ā Loāak hissed at his brotherās words. āIāll go tell Ronal sheās awake. You better not be doing this when she gets here⦠weāll be planning your funeral.ā
With his presence gone, Loāak stole a single kiss from you. āBehave yourself,ā Palms flat against the muscle of his chest.
Your relationship had shifted so drastically over the course of those months, even within that week. You were his forever⦠and those impulses were too great to ignore when you also craved for him to scent you, mark and mate with you until you were all each other knew. But that couldnāt happen yetā wanting to do something properly for once in your life.
The approaching footsteps tore him away in a drastic motion.
Ronal lectured your actions during the battle at Three Brothers Rocks but was also glad to see your face after a month or so away at the hut. āCould you not have chosen the nice obedient brother?ā She teased you like you were one of her children.
Loāak waited close by but had been ushered away by the Tsahik, āWerenāt you the one who told me to make Loāak more āfocusedā, Tsahik?ā You smiled as did she, āLoāak is what I have needed for a long timeā¦ā
She finished with the soothing balm. āYour ribs are only bruised, not broken. They should be healed within two weeks if you take the proper rest.ā
You bowed to herā the first mistake that day, āThank you, Ronal.ā Pushing past the curtain of the healing marui.
Braced at the waist by a smaller set of arms, looking down to see wide yellow eyes, āYouāre okay!ā She was the same age that Tirea would be but still held the wondrous gaze your little sister had at eight years old. āWhen youāre better can you show me how to get the sharper turns, I wanna wipe the smile off Loāakās face.ā You ruffled her hair.
With a smile, āWeāll make him look like a skxawng,ā the younger girl giggled at that.
An arm slung around your shoulders, āWho are we making look like a skxawng?ā
āYour brother,ā Neteyam pulled Tuk in too.
āHe doesnāt need any help with that, gets himself into all sorts of positions,ā the eldest son shot you a look, you shoved his side to let you go in jest.
Arms wrapped possessively around youā kiss placed on your temple, āMum and Kiri made dinner.ā
It was on instinct, āIāll leave you all to itā¦ā But Loāak didnāt let you walk away, you remained against his chest.
āYouāre invited,ā a quizzical expression from yourself, āLike I said earlier this family collect strays like bullets.ā
So that night you shuffled to the marui with the three siblings. On approach you could see the human boy, Spider, sitting with Kiri, Jake and Neytiri. āYouāre late.ā Their mother always sounded so gentle with her family in moments like thatā how she had been with you on the beach that day months ago.
āWe brought a guest!ā Tuk chirped and her tail swung in contentedness.
Loāak had his arm wound round the slopes of your shoulders, āNeteyam said you were awake, how ya feeling?ā The tawtute accent slipped through Jakeās words, like you noticed when Loāak spoke. He motioned for you to take a seat with the family.
A small smile, āA bit sore but wounds heal,ā you had the scars to prove that right, like everyone in the room.
The evening was filled with nothing but chatter and laughter. Loāakās siblings embarrassing him with stories from when they were just children and he would recall their slip-ups. āHe failed his Iknimaya the first time and had to re-do it,ā you held his hand through the jibes from his siblings and truly felt at peace around his kin. You could definitely get used to Neytiriās cooking.
āTastes just like ma saānu used to makeā¦ā
āSo where do you come from, Y/N?ā Spider was the one to ask.
Loāak tensed up a fractionā to which you patted his hand, āThat obvious Iām not Metkayina?ā You joked, āwe did live on the coastā fished for our food but not as our specialty. We were wind riders of the slotsyal, even though they werenāt local to the area they always migrated to Ramnrr village, we always called them a āgift from Eywaā.ā
Tukās eyes were like fireworks, āI wanna meet one!ā Your eyes smiled at her enthusiasmā you werenāt sure how many remained after Varang had taken over. She had probably burned them all alive by now but you werenāt going to tell the thirteen year old that.
āI hope to see one again, tooā¦ā
They had offered for you to join them to sleep, but you didnāt want to intrude on the family that had kindly allowed you to eat their food.
Loāak escorted you back, taking an unplanned detour to the training lagoon. Stealing tangled kisses beneath the water venturing further until he had you pinned against coral. You wondered how long this sequence of events would continue.
Upon return to marui he was all over youā kissing down the expanse of your body, masking over your ribs with such delicacy you didnāt feel it. Until you fell asleep in the safety of his arms, fingers tracing over his armband and the smooth flesh of his arm. He whispered so you could barely hear it, āGot no idea how much I love you.ā You werenāt supposed to hear it.
āI love you, too, Lo.ā
His family knew not to expect him home that night.
Not with how Loāak looked at you like you hung the stars above his head. Or when you always looked up at him like he was the sunlight that warmed your skin.
Thank you for reading this part, sorry it took so long to come outā Iāve been at work most of the work so fitting writing in is a struggle but we got there. If you wanted to be added to the taglist just ask :)

Everything arrived from the sky.Ā
All the anguish in your life had been an aerial assault- this was no different. Murmurs spread fast in Awaāatlu even when hunting beyond the reef, chatter from outlying villages of the Metkayina had reached the Oloāeyktan in your hunting group. āForest Naāvi have been spotted flying from the North.ā A few hushed words to Tonowari and the party rode back with their little catch.Ā
There was barely a chance to take in the swirled construct of the reef before you saw the grown congregation of the clan. The scout was right, five ikran perched on the sand with numerous deep blue riders. Led by Tonowari to sail overhead as your eyes focused on the unfamiliar figures below, a set of golden eyes trailed you more than the others.Ā
You didnāt leave your skimwingā lurking in the shallows observing. Not too far away to notice golden eyes doing the exact same to you; his eyes studied you, another stranger beyond the field of teal bodies. It was true you knew segregation wellā taunts thrown from your peers with the difference in physique to the reef dwellers. Your blue skin - lighter than the newcomersā - your weaker arms and a tail that mirrored theirs, you had heard it all before.
He seemed fixated on you, even as you snaked into the water disappearing into the huts in the spiralled outcrop. His brother elbow in his rib cage, āitās rude to stare, skxawng.ā
The younger brotherās stance grew tense, āI wasnāt staringā¦ā All the while pondering what your face looked like up-close and what you smelled like.
The hunt didnāt resume that day which is how you found yourself binding various remedies alongside the ever-stoic Tsahik. āYou left swiftly when Jakesulli and his family arrivedā¦ā Your fingers continued to ground down at the herbs before stirring the liquid at boiling point at the maruiās centre. You didnāt mean to ignore her inquiry, instead you dismissed the curiosity that bloomed inside you about golden eyes and skin all-too-similar to yours. A hand hovered over yours- a rare smile from Ronal, āyou do not have to worry about them, child, they are no threat to us. Tonowari and I would not grant them uturu had that been the case,ā head gave a nod to her.
āIt is not them I fear. It is the fire that has likely followed them,ā you had seen the scorch of war and knew its scent like a second skin. Your body spoke of that truth as did your mindā a deep breath from your throat. āIām sure Tsireya and Aoānung will teach the children well.ā
Ronal surveyed the furrow of your brows at the mention of the children, āIām sure they could use your touch with the second son, Tsireya tells me he is absent minded. With your focus he will learn, as you did. Theyāre in the training shallows whenever youāre willing.ā It wasnāt a request, not when it came to the woman. Your head bowed once more, finishing the vials you had started before the sun stroked your skin, the same colour as the sky overhead.
The view would never tire in your amber eyes. āItās beautiful, isnāt it?ā The voice rang deep in a different dialect than you were used to. Not that you minded- it was smooth and telling. One of the sons of Toruk Makto. āWe never had this view in the forest, no ocean eitherā¦ā A slight laugh at the end. He didnāt have a sense of duty, too relaxed in his tone.
Steps swivelled to face himā you were right. The boy who had stared far too long upon arrival, he was even more handsome to the eye at this distance. His braided hair taken back into a ponytail with his kuru, scars on his revealed body. āYou must be the second son,ā you were deliberate in your cold demeanour- this was an obligation not a choice that Ronal had given to you. Who were you to even teach newcomers when you were the last newcomer to Awaāatlu. āI am Y/N, your new guide.ā Terse yet a slight friendliness in how you spoke to him- his stance tall enough you had to look up.Ā
You made the mistake of eye contact. His hooded eyes held curiosity and his mouth a smile brimmed with mischief- heād break that wall you had crafted. If youād give him a chance to speak, āI assume that you can swim- that there were rivers in your forest?ā You paced down the netting headed towards the beach.Ā
He followed your form, āyesā.ā
āā I also assume that you cannot hold your breath,ā the boy was just more inquisitive about you- why were you so cold? His feet finally planted on sand, you stopped when ankle-deep in the transparent aquamarine waters.Ā
āNo.ā He was not embarrassed by his answer and you did not look vexed, you simply sank further into the depths. A hand beckoned the boy to follow and so he did. You turned to face him.
You halted when waist-deep, āOkay, second-son, there are some rules. One, do not waste my time by not taking this seriously. Two, listen to what I say and do it- the waters around the village are safe but beyond the reef you are hunted by giants you cannot begin to fathom. If you break either you will return to Tsireya and Aoānung. Understood, second-son?ā That had started to irk him but he bit it down- trying to keep the promise he made to his father not to cause trouble.
āTake it seriously and follow your lead.ā
It was like training one of the younglings of the Metkayina. He was not a bad swimmer, it was the breath holds that were the challenge. The pair of you bobbing on the waterās reflective surface, āyou seem used to the water I wouldāve thought you were Metkayina,ā he kept asking you questions not associated to his training.
You werenāt as open as Tsireya or as conversational as Aoānung, he was sure you and Neteyam would get along just fine. He knew Neteyamās weight was from his responsibilities as the eldest sibling to the four of them, but where did yours come from? Despite his pondering you never gave him an inch of an answer. āRule one, take it seriously⦠Iām not part of your training,ā you had allowed him a chance to gain his breath but he was too preoccupied in thought to regain it.Ā
He flinched at your touch under the surface, palm fixed under his ribs. The tingle of his gaze on you, shy and timid unlike how he had been acting the past few hours. You couldnāt help but meet the golden green. āRemember to breathe from here, not from here,ā fingers trellised his firm chest and moved up to the stripes of his throat. Your eyes left his as quickly as they had looked. His pulse quickened beneath your touch. āCalm your heart,ā he liked the kindness your voice showed. One of you palms at his chest and one at his diaphragm. āEmpty your mind and feel the pull of the water, you are one with it and it is one with you. There we go, second son, now breathe deep and follow me.āĀ
His concentration didnāt waver when your touch left him, like your shadow beneath the darkening ocean.
You eyed himā breathing better than previous attempts, able to wonder and marvel at the bioluminescence below. He was able to track your movement in the water, through the bridge of peach coral. That was the first time he had seen you smile in any form, as your mesmerising body peddled backwards to keep an eye on himself.
Eventually he had to resurface but there was no tension that could be found on your features, just a smile wide enough he would see your fangs. āThat was amazing!ā His expression matched your own, his eyes glowed in the skyās blue haze.
You nodded at him, āYou arenāt as absent minded as they thought. Well done.ā Your body was seated more upright than his in the water. His body would be attuned to it soon. The fires from the marui were bright, your sight drawn to the beach allowing him to observe the scar running down the side of your neck past your straight jet locks. What had happened to you? āThatās training over for today, Iām sure you wouldnāt want to miss the nightly celebrations, second son.ā Not stoic but plain in tone- kinder than in the afternoon.
While making the swim to the shore, āWhy do you call me āsecond sonā?ā
āYou are Toruk Maktoās second son, are you not,ā It wasnāt enough for the young man at your tail, watching how your back glowed in iridescent speckles amongst the twilight waters.
His tongue clicked, āI do have a name.ā
āWhat was the point in learning a name if you could have drowned?ā You were just teasing him then, a smile cracked on both of your faces. A splash of water hit your face while looking back at him.
You laughed. He was the one to say, āYou wouldnāt have let me drown.āĀ
Shoulders shrugged as your feet met the sodden sand of shallow surf, āOnly myself and Eywa know that answer,ā another waft of water coated your shoulders. āIf it bothers you so much, what is your name?ā He stopped in front of you, frame slick and freckles resembled the stars above. Not able to help but look his way.Ā
His eyes grounded you down from the heights you had once soared long ago, āLoāak from the Omatikaya clan. What clan are you from?ā
That child-like spark left your expression- amber eyes became iced over once more. āMetkayina.ā But he knew that wasnāt the truth. Loāak didnāt pry heād let you tell him in your own time. āThe next lesson is at first light. Donāt be late, second son,ā about to make a retort but the words choked in his throat.
They released in a whisperā your figure dissipated up steps and into the net pathways of Awaāatlu, āItās⦠Loāakā¦ā With a contented smile. He knew he could wait until dawn to see you again, that didnāt mean he wanted to be patient. He sucked it down into his chestā¦
You had retreated to marui, chest heaved with desperation to finally breathe. It was agony being that close to him. Touching him, āHeās not Rahuā¦ā Loāak didnāt even look like him, you had tried to forget what he looked like sinceā since that day. To quench the pain always thick on your chest. You clutched the woven material around your neck, āControl yourself. Heāll fray like the rest in time.āĀ
Meanwhile in the Sully marui pod, Loāak was the last to return from his ātrainingā all with a smile on his face. His brother was the first to notice, taking in his still wet footprints dragging across the netting, āYou look happy, little bro, I didnāt know you liked being bossed around so much,ā he didnāt deny it, āIsnāt she the one you were staring at when we arrived?ā
Loāak could have done something to Neteyam then and there- family meals hadnāt stopped him before, āWould you two act like adults for once? No wonder neither of you has a mate.ā Neytiri and Jake let Kiri take charge as she always had with her brothers. Her face lightened with that usual wonder, hands under her chin elbows to knees. āWhatās she like? We heard from Tsireya and Aoānung that sheās tough.āĀ
The glimmer of a smile on his lips, āY/N definitely doesnāt mess around, my next lesson is at sunrise.ā He was looking forward to seeing you again while munching on what his mother and sisters had cooked, āThis is deliciousā¦ā Jake and Neytiri shared a knowing look, this was the embers of something for their son; as it had been for them twenty two years before.
They slept in a huddle in the middle of the room, like families should. While you held onto the woven blanket with dried up tears streaking a darker blue.
You awoke with the sound of waves caressing the shore, in ebbs and flows, and the peach aura that broke the horizon and into your pod. Head heavy from the night passed, quickly dressing into fresh attire and unsettling the millpond; immersed into the only thing that kept your mind at arms-length. Still able to see the stars amongst the unblemished, tealed sky, body splayed in the water open to the gentle sunlight that bounded down.Ā
Unbeknownst to your placid thoughts you were being watched in awe from the crested sand. If you had been aware youād imagine that look that played on his features. His pretty jaw clenched, head on a slight tilt while his wide eyes fixed on your form with timidity and his wide shoulders would be rigid, like he shouldnāt be there. Thinking you were more beautiful than any tree-chipped sunrise he had seen in the rainforest or the one that shadowed your floating form.Ā
Only when his calves made with the waves did you sense his presence. A deep sigh came from your chest, āI did not expect you to be on time, second son,ā there it was, like a shard to his confidenceā your no-nonsense voice that he thought was long forgotten into the afternoon prior.Ā
Yet Loāak straightened up and approached as you stood in the shallows, he managed to tower you in the water how he did on the land. His closeness was necessary but it did something; your stomach fluttered, your head reasoned with it. Until he smiled, āIām pretty sure you wouldāve skinned me alive,ā he was right in his assumption.
You didnāt smile, lips brought into a line and jaw taut, reminding yourself that this wasnāt the man you held dear back home. Loāak was not Rahu. He listened at the noises he recognised as animal calls, like they used on the ikran. This was different, sweeter sounds as you looked into the water. You seemed pleased and stopped.
A head popped out of the water, kinder than the ikran he had grown up around. He could look these creatures in the eye. He had absconded from training before they could be shown by Tsireya and Aoānung. Though he had seen them when exploring the village.Ā
Your palms handled the creature with adoration and delicacy, āThis is an ilu. They do not bond for life like the ikran you fly with,ā he sidled beside your figure, almost scared to touch the ilu. By reflex, your fingers barely there when cupped to the back of his hand until it settled on soft flesh. His face lit up like a child and you could not help but watch his face. āThis is Fawi. Even though bonds arenāt specific sheās my favourite, her nature is calm, loyal and above all mischievous. I think she will match you well.ā He finally found the orange glow of your eyes, how you spoke in adoration of nature. As you had the day before.Ā
Loāak liked that⦠when your soul seemed to find peace in the world around you. Seemingly away from others. It was like a mirror image of himself, vying to belong and creating distance when unable to conform. āSheās beautifulā¦ā He wasnāt looking at the ilu, a blush hidden on your cheeks.
Turned away from him, fastening the saddle onto Fawi. Even she felt it, a splash from her fin onto you both. Loāak swore he was blinded by that smile and floored by how your laugh sounded like atokirina on the wind. āDid I mention sheās cheeky?ā You beckoned him to mount, he followed your lead and was settled into Fawiās seat. āOkay, this isnāt like flying an ikran. Water is denser than air so when she takes you under you have to flow like the current. Fawi is a great guide,ā Loāak traced the shape of your lips without touchā in deep thought while still listening to your every word, ātrust her and she will become your best friend in the water.ā You held Fawi as Loāak made the bond, hand stroked against her neck as both their pupils dilated.Ā
His gaze landed straight on youā he had seen your connection with Fawi and how you had taught the reef children how to make the bond; your overwhelming kindness. āYou alright?ā A dazed nod. āRegain your senses and remember to hold on.ā Loāak drew his breath in- how you had taught him - before he charged forward on the navy and sunflower back of Fawi.Ā
You watched him beneath the surface, the sand collected in their wakeā the mess of Loāakās limbs as he was torn off the ilu. You had learned how to stifle your laughs from your countless lessons with the Metkayina young. Simply wading over to himā collecting Fawi with the same calls as before. āHow was that?ā Not able to help the glee in your tone.Ā
His ears were pinned back, mortified that he could not achieve what he knew children did, āLetās go again.ā His fist clenched, not at Fawi or you. He was always a failure. Never as good as Neteyam. Never as smart as Kiri. Never as innocent as Tuk.
The self damnation torn by a hand on his back, āYou are used to the sky not to the sea, itās just different. We all have to begin somewhere, youāll get the hang of it.āĀ
He got it the second time, just as his siblings entered the water with Aoānung and Tsireya. Their claps echoed off the tree roots and he could hear them below the water. Palms held your shoulders, āI was right to tell my mother that youād get him to focus,ā you could feel her smile behind you.
āOh, so it was you who volunteered meā¦ā Tsireya and Aoānung had expected an explosion from youā some type of quiet anger that no one had ever bore witnessā however you just smiled. āHeās a quick learner and will adapt well to your waysā,ā
āā our ways, you always forget you are one of us.ā
Her brother gave a nod, āItās always been annoying how better you are at huntingā¦ā Spoken with gritted teeth with fake emotion behind it. They were like your brother and sister; you had needed that when you arrived at Awaāatlu those four years ago. Your head turned subconsciously to where Loāak and his older brother stood in conversation. Eyes traced over the younger brotherās figure, how his armband flexed around his strong bicep, how his braids framed the sides of his face. From afar it didnāt feel as condemnable until the boy waved at you with a grin splayed on his lips.
The reef siblings looked at one anotherā the all-too-knowing glance. They had never seen you like that with eyes on another Naāvi instead of the natural beauty around you.Ā
Yours and Loāakās lessons joined with Tsireyaās and Aoānungās. The day consisted of free diving, breathing techniques and ilu riding around the reef. It was nice having new people around your own age⦠those who didnāt whisper tall tales about you and how you came to be in their home.Ā
Over the days that passed, you taught Kiri the creatures and plants of the reef, made Tuk feel comfortable to ride an ilu without someone else at the helm, Neteyam on how to hold onto a tsurak⦠and, Loāak, he continued not to learn from the others despite being well and capableā gravitating toward your gentle hands and calm eyes for instruction.
It was peaceful on the reef until Aoānung and his skxawng friends ruined it. Kiriās behaviour was far from weird in your opinion because you had been just the same when you arrived but to those that had taken it for grantedā it was quite the opposite. You found them in the shallows, a bundle of turquoise and cerulean with red bloodied on everyoneās face but Kiri.Ā
Loāak had hold of Aoānungās ear, Neteyam atop one of the others while the remaining two dragged the younger by his tail. You ran without hesitation over to the brawl, āBoysā¦ā No responseā you cleared your throat and whistled in high-pitch, āBoys! Break. It. Up!ā Loāak looked up straight at you, ears tucked back. Your face flinched at his marred one. āGo back to your pods before I tell your parents what their adult sons were doing!ā If the newcomers didnāt know better they wouldnāt believe you were their own age.Ā
The reef group scarpered not before you grabbed Aoānung by the arm, āYou should know betterā¦ā He did not appreciate that especially when he knew it to be right. Your attention turned towards the brothers. Loāak wore more bruises and scrapes than Neteyamā he must have instigated it. āWith me, second son. Iāll make sure you donāt beat up a tree on the way,ā his brother and sister laughed while you remained stoic, helping him to his feet.
You didnāt force him to follow but he did anyway. All the way to your kelku. It reminded him of their own in the forest- natural remedies in woven reed baskets and curtain draped to keep the warmth in when the nights are cold. You motioned him to sit down, āJust get on with it, tell me how Iām a ādisappointmentā. Iāve heard it all before from my dad,ā his head turned away. Fingers held his chin like a ghostā too gentle he didnāt deserve it. āWhat are you doing?ā A damp cloth coated in salve brought to his brow, cleansing the mark that blemished his perfect skin.
Gold watched you with attentiveness, following your touch to his busted lip, washing the scarlet away. Lingering there for a second too long as did your tawny stare. You had to remind yourself, āheās not himā, turning attention to his scuffed arms. Touch once again prolonged on solid flesh.
It was electric for Loāak whenever your skin touched his, the urge to put his hand on yours⦠but it remained on his thigh.
You broke the looming silence. āWhat happened back there? I thought you and Aoānung were friends,ā Sat opposite him in the confines of your pod.Ā
āHe was calling Kiri a āfreakā and kept talking about our hands⦠I couldnāt take it.ā His posture slumped but shoulders and jaws grew tense. Looking at his five fingered handsā you didnāt think they were grotesque, āIt was never like this back home.ā Your hand rested on the one atop his thigh.Ā
āI know it feels like it will never stop. That youāll never be accepted for things you cannot and should not have to change,ā Loāak was too close. āMy hands might not be scrutinised but I understand what itās like to be forced to find a new home because of war and to be surrounded by people who think of you as an outsider.ā The moment grew too intimate as he looked at you like you were Eywa herself. His presence remained too close, your hand left his before you stood up to your feet.
Before you couldnāt take the tension any more.
Loāak seemed to get the message,āThank you for everything. Youāre a lifesaver,ā a shy smile on his handsome face. The familiarity had begun to shift and that guilt still trampled over you as he slipped past the confines of your mauri.
Your chest victim to pressure. āWhat are you doing?ā Spoken to yourself in shame. Flicker of his eyes from his first free dive to when he didnāt wipe out on Fawi⦠there was no shift in how his gaze followed you. You couldnāt feel for him like you burned to.
You buried it. In the deepest crevice of your heart, you would forget how you felt for the second son of Toruk Makto. You had to.
That afternoon you filled the gap of Aoānung with training the Sully childrenā a mercy that Loāak was missing from the session. You rode along the reef with Tuk and Kiri, while Neteyam grew on edge with the absence of his brother as the sky changed colour. āHeās never gone for this long, weāve covered nearly all of reefā¦ā His stern eyes surveyed the orange horizon.
Your hand on his shoulder, āThe reef stretches further than you think,ā you knew the responsibilities he carried as the eldestā the one to protect the younger siblings from themselves and harm around them. āI saw Aoānung earlier, maybe heās seen him.ā
You let Neteyam go on his own, mainly because Tuk wanted to race around the reef while it was lit up in the nightās broad darkness. āYou let me beat you!ā
āI did not!ā You had. It was worth the smile on her faceā it reminded you of your own little sister with her wooden figures in tow. She never got to meet an ilu but you imagined she would love them as Tuktirey did.
You made sure she reached her marui safely, she was speaking as you approached the lit up docking point, āYouāre more fun than Aoānung, can you teach us tomorrow instead?ā You smiled and ruffled her braids, like a teenager she squirmed.
āIāll see what I can do, little one, Iāll teach you how to get sharper turns,ā As thick as thieves.
āWhat have you been up to, kiddo?ā Your ears pinned back at the unknown voice; Toruk Makto.
The wind traders had shared his tales with your clan- how he united the forest clans against the sky people to victory. As you looked up at him, the āgreat oneā looked nothing more than a normal Omatikaya with four fingers instead of three; like his son and daughter. āY/N took me ilu riding around the reef, itās so pretty at night, dad,ā she hopped onto the woven dock that Kiri and her father sat.
His arms crossed, āSo this is the famous Y/N⦠my kids wonāt shut up about you. Youāre all we hear about,ā
āEspecially from Loāakā¦ā Kiri mumbled, she had left earlier with a heavy mind. You pretended as if you hadnāt heard his nameāyour smile remained quaint while nails gritted against your palms.
The sight of Aoānung being pushed along by Neteyam would never not be amusing, āTell him what you told me.ā A command from the eldest son, what had the skxawng done now.
You didnāt join the search party, there had been no need as he swam in. You lingered far in the crowd until you knew he was safe, a few cuts and bruises but he was not dead. Leaving the hustle and bustle of Metkayina, only for him to see your back as he took the scolding from his father. Remembering the direction you had taken and he bolted in your footsteps.
There was no way you could sleep, thoughts running like river rapids. Your body knew how to follow wisdom, thatās what had your brain wracking. āY/N!ā You ignored him, calling Fawi before diving into the depths.
You only went to calm those treacherous nerves, to make sure he wasnāt mortally wounded by the horrors that lurked outside the shallows. Like his father said it was only minor.
In the bitter haze you found yourself at Three Brotherās Rocks. Setting up a little fire for yourself on the beach with flammable plants in the caves you knew well from foraging. Fawi swam in the shallows, away from reasonable danger.
Always finding yourself there when the body aches became too muchā ever since you joined Metkayina. The caves reminded you of home, its cliffs and outcrops. Knee deep in the crystalline water your eyes focused on the twinkles above, falling to the sky-consuming Naranawn āThe Great Eyeā. The first trickle down your face and the many the followed until you wailed into the barren ocean.
You hated to feelā to breathe while those you loved laid forgotten by everyone and the Great Mother had left you alone to remember them. An outcast even when respected by some in your new clan and spurned by the rest. The silence filled with your soft hums of the song your mother used to sing during celebrations, it haunted your best dreams. You werenāt gifted such luxuries in the nightmares.
A familiar sound vibrated the waterā the hums sang along with you in the darkness. Your body drew deeper until tough skin levelled you out of the water completely. āHello, little flower,ā water chipped up and she rumbled beneath you, āOkay. Not such a little flower.ā Caressing the top of her armoured skin, before you slipped down to her eye level.
āYouāve been busy, sister.ā
You signed and spoke to her, āI was teaching new arrivals in the village.ā The creature wasnāt dumb which you knew too well.
āAny boys?ā Your face failed you, āYou are not happy⦠you met a boy you should be happyā¦ā
Your frame fell flat on the left small fin, āI can never be happy. I punish myself for living and Iāve seen that in your heart too,ā Absentmindedly stroking the tulkun under her eye, āI cannot risk feeling for him, heāll be ripped away like the rest. Or runaway from me- whatever happens first.ā
Loāak had followed youā had heard your sweet song and why you had run away from him. It had only been a week and he wanted to know everything about you but you hadnāt given him an inch.
He backed away to watch how your body moved in tune with the tulkun, your face bright when you laughed and the affection you showed alongside your spirit sister.
The gentle creature seemed distracted when you spoke, āwhat is it, Paysyul?ā
āSomeone is watching us, sister,ā eyes rolling at his figure over the water.
āI know youāre there, Loāak!ā You heard Paysyul chuckle at you before vanishing with ethereal glow below the waters surface. āGet over here!ā The waters were more dangerous as night, beckoning him into the shallow cove.
He didnāt expect a warm welcome after he had followed you there, face written with guilt that he got caught not that he did it. āWhat are you doing here?ā You flipped out, āI canāt believe you! You skxawng, you reckless idiotic skxawng!ā He took it, the pain in your eyes made him.
Then you hissed and lunged for him stopping just in front of him. Looking up at him, eyes bloodshot, pupils flared and agitated. You lingered there, searching his eyes while yours welled up. He caught you before your knees bound with rock, he sank you down with control.
His hand cupped the back of your head, pressed against his chest. Able to hear how his heartbeat raced, āYou have a strong heart,ā hot breath against his skin. Your arms linked around his waist, warming his shivering body. They lost strength after a few minutes as your legs sagged onto the rocks.
āY/N?ā His voice low, no response just a quiet hum. A smile grew on Loāakās lips, he rubbed your back before lifting you off the jagged floor. Knees secured under his flexed arm and top half cradled against him. Your campfire not yet smothered in the cave, a small bed roll laid out beside it with more flammable moss. You were laid down onto the material, a stray hair brushed behind your ear.
He moved to tend the fire when your hand caught his ankle weakly, āDonāt leave me. Please.ā He sank down and threw some moss onto the fire while your hand never left his leg. Not until he was laid behind you turning around the opposite way.
Throughout the night your body started to shake, teeth chattering. Loāak couldnāt take it, his body wrapped around yours and in a few moments all of the movement stopped and your winces turned to soft breaths.
Loāak knew you wouldnāt remember anything in the morning. So while you let him, heād hold your sleeping figure as he fell into his own slumber.
The first thing you noticed was the crackle of embers, the second was the arm draped around your waist, your hand looped in his. The memories flickered through from the previous night⦠carried by his strength alone, cradled against a warm body for the first time in⦠a long time.
It felt selfish to remain there, but you didnāt break out of Loāakās graspā listening to the way his breathing synched with yours and feeling the thrum of his heart against you. It was dangerousā he was dangerous for you. That is what you had told yourself when you met. But the second son was all you could think about. For that moment you sank further in his reach, your mind too weary to care
Loāak was awake as you stirred, his pulse skipped a beat as you fell closer into his chest. āHey⦠you okay?ā His voice was always so gentle to you compared to how he spoke when Neteyam teased him or during the fight with Aoānung. He treated you with kind care.
He could have sworn you shivered so he held you closer, āWhat are you still doing here?ā His ear flipped down.
You remembered, āYou asked me to stay, so I did.ā He gave you the chance to leave, loosening his warm touch.
You made some distance but only to turn to see him. His face adorned new marks from whatever attacked him in the waters outside the cave. His eyes looked in every direction but your own gaze, āLoāak,ā his eyes bore into yours for the first time that morning. Your thumb ghosted over the purple marks on his cheek and up to the reopened cut on his eyebrow. āIām glad youāre safe.ā
The calls of the ilu broke the tension and the real world called, you wasted no time in feeding Fawi and Loāakās ilu alike. He joined you, able to see the bodily scrapes from the coral bed as you both rested on the rock formations. āWhat happened yesterday?ā
He turned to face you. He explained that Aoānung had taken him out there and simply abandoned him in the open ocean, a massive fish attacked him and as he was drowning a tulkun came out of nowhere and saved him. āWas the right front fin missing?ā Thinking it could have been Paysyul.
But his braids shook, āNo, half of its left.ā
A smile on your face, āPayakan. His name is Payakan.ā It was like you were speaking about an old friend, āMy spirit sister, Paysyul, she speaks of him often. They were both cast out by the other tulkun tribes who call them āoutcastsā because they fought back against the sky people who slaughtered their tribes. Paysyul lost her mother, sisters, nieces and nephews when she was only a juvenile,ā he could tell you were speaking from your own experience, not from Paysyulās. āBut she fought back like a warrior and survived, which is not the ātulkun wayā⦠they think her and Payakan are āmurderersā⦠but they are fighters.ā
The hums from last night echoed onto the horizon, your ears flicked forward as did Loāakās. It was not just one tulkun, but two. Loāak rushed into the water with you, āPayakan!ā A pleased sound from the young bull while you danced with Paysyul. Loāak couldnāt keep his eyes off of you and when you finally looked at him with all the glee in the world, he turned away with blush on his blue skin.
He didnāt understand what Payakan said in the tulkun language, āHeās teasing you,ā you laughed, āHe says āyou are blushing, my friendā.ā
You introduced Loāak to Paysyulā teaching him on the spot sign language, āIt is an honour to meet you, Paysyul.ā
āYou never told me he was so polite,ā you didnāt translate that. āHe seems to have improved your mood last night,ā or that.
You signed back, āWe did not do anything, I met him a week ago, trust you to only think about that. What about you and Payakan?ā She dunked you with her larger fins, as you laughed.
āWhat were you talking about?ā
āShe thinks youāre polite, I told her she is a poor judge of character,ā said in pure jest, the glimmer in his eyes vivid.
While the pair got used to one another, you sidled up to Payakan. āMy sister speaks of you often, Payakan, it is nice to meet you,ā
He was a gentle giant, bigger than Paysyul but had the same kind eyes, āYour sister speaks of your kindness, as a calf and when you met again,ā your hands found beneath his eye, āLoāak also spoke your name yesterday when unconscious.ā Heat in your cheeks.
Your head leaned against the tulkun, in a whisper, āThank you⦠for saving his life.ā
āHe is lucky to have youā¦ā Your heart hurt because even they could see it. That something wavered between you and Loāak.
Back at the reef, you saw the spectacle in front of you. Loāak being scorned once again by his father inside their marui. Your jaw clenched, āMay I come in?ā His motherās stare was fierce, as was Toruk Maktoās.
āNow isnāt a good time, Y/N,ā Neytiriās ears softened at your nameā the one the kids spoke of with such adoration and respect. She took in your appearance, not Metkayina born and she recognised the brandish on your bare arm and the material used in your armbandā¦
She watched and observed you, āForgive me but I suggested going back out to the reef last night. If Loāak is to become a hunter here, he must learn in open water.ā Loāakās eyebrows knitted together as he looked at you. āPlease forgive me, the blame is all mine.ā You bowed.
A drawn out sigh on from his father, āYou donāt have to do that, Y/N, please stand up.ā You did just that, āLet us know if he causes you any trouble.ā
Your lips taut into a small smile, āThat will not be the case. Heās a fast learner and will be a valuable member of the Metkayina,ā the parents saw that shared look between yourself and their son. Infatuation.
āI owe you one,ā His stride beside yours beneath the mangroves.
Your shoulders shrugged, āI wasnāt lying back there. You will make a great hunter,ā a second later, ābut donāt let it go to your head.ā You continued down to the tsurak pen.
Loāak watched in awe as the creature circled around you before its head reared upwards for affection, he zoned in on your wide smile, āHas someone missed me?ā A sound from the pronged jaw had him flinch. āHe wonāt harm you not while Iām hereā¦ā Mischief in your tone and gaze, his taut shoulders could relax, āTsurak do not bond with ease but when they do, they will sacrifice their life for yours.ā You brought his hand to the male tsurakās side, the creature grumbled until it got used to his presence.
He was wary but that was natural, āI guess this wonāt be like the iluā¦ā Your head shook.
āIf I hated you, yes,ā he liked to hear your laugh, it made him smile even if he didnāt realise, ābut seeing as youāre our guest Iāll make an exception.ā Instead you tossed your leg over the saddled spine like it was second nature, shushing the irritable tsurak as your hand ran up its forehead.
Making the bond, āWhen you do this, not for another week, Iāll need extra hands during the first bond. Hand position is the same as the ilu but tighten your grip,ā demonstrating the actions as you spoke, āthe same principles as ikran riding above the water but when you dive, feel and align with the tsurakās movements. Maintain good balance when you hit the water and remain calm. Watch me closely beneath the surface,ā with a deep breath you rode out on the beastly animal, Loāakās intense stare studied how fluid your body moved with the tsurak. No spoken commands before the splashed dive, chest flush with its body and legs hooked either side like anchors.
He broke the stare, head out of the shallows, heat spread across his face. He liked to think he was close to you but how acquainted could he get to someone who never wanted to spend time with him in the first place.
That inbuilt attraction lingered as you reemerged, returning to where he stood. How could he ever live in Awaāatlu knowing you would never be his⦠not without a miracle performed by Eywa herself.
It progressed worse with time, over the next two months. You both met with Payakan and Paysyul at Three Brothers Rocks in secrecy, he would be captivated as you sang songs with your sister tulkun and Loāak grew to learn the words.
His hands would linger on the small of your back when gliding in the water, holding you against him sometimes. His face would grow too close when you both laughed or were free diving. His eyes had grown too familiar for your mind to rationalise the growing feelings that hollowed out your chest.
When he bonded properly with the tsurak, it became overwhelming. Heaved breathes from his accomplishment and your celebration, your hands rested on his biceps and your waist clutched in his fingers.
Able to feel Loāakās breath against the bow of your lips and the gold of his eyes too intrusive, laying you bare to his touchā¦
Until you pulled away, āWho knew you had it in you, forest boy?ā
The moment severed further by Tsireya, āYou actually did it!ā You shouldnāt have let that twinge of envy spike but it did. How could it not with her beautiful face, hair full of flowing curls and her movements the image of grace.
āWeāre going to the Cove of the Ancestors, if you wanted toā,ā
āā Iāll remain here,ā
āY/N, please⦠you havenāt been there since you got hereā,ā
āā No, Tsireya. You know I canāt go there.ā Your hair swayed beneath your movements, finding a secluded part of the beach.
You hadnāt noticed the footsteps as they appproached, āLoāak I donāt want to talk about it,ā You turned and it wasnāt him.
It was his mother, you didnāt know what to say to herā how to address the equally fierce mate of Toruk Makto. She observed the marking again, scarred on your right forearm. āI have waited years to see that mark again. To see your people.ā
This was not a conversation you wanted to endure, āI donāt know what you meanā¦ā toes dipped into the clear shallow sands.
Her presence ushered closer, āYou are no skxawng, child, so stop pretending,ā she was kind and voice nurturing. āThe clan who wore this mark used to visit the Omatikaya on the mighty slotsyal they bonded with. Until they were wiped out by an eruptionā,ā
āā It wasnāt the Great Motherās hand that wiped my people out,ā cursed through gritted teeth, āour sister clan had never recovered from when the mountain split and fires consumed their forest. Many died, their tsahik with them⦠we provided resources and extra hands to rebuild but we could not repair the damaged minds that remained. Their oloāeyktan was dethroned by his own daughter, Varang. Within a few days my own village burst into flames. The people burned, our hometree reduced to cinders and the warriors that fought werenāt enough⦠I wasnāt enough to stop themā¦ā
There was no pity in the womanās eyes only understanding, āThe Txonāongāare people live in you now, child. As Eywa wills it.ā
āIf Eywa cared⦠the mountain wouldnāt have crumbled and my family⦠my family wouldnāt have died and my home wouldnāt be scorch-marks on barren stone,ā it was the first time actually admitting it, Eywa would have protected your people if she had given a damn about those in her lands. Neytiri watched as you disappeared into the water, aware of how your bones ached and heart weighed heavier with every second.
That was a distance you kept after that dayā you aided the Tsahik with Kiri after her seizure. When Loāak spoke you acted as though you hadnāt heard. Maintaining that divide for a month, making salves and remedies in a hut only Ronal knew about.
It was necessary; theyād forget you ever existed.
The only place you could breathe was the deepest part of the reef. Sat on the sandy floor in a meditation. That is why you didnāt speak of your homeā forgetting you ever had one before Metkayina.
No one would notice if you disappeared⦠what if you stayed on that ocean floor and never returnedā¦
When your lungs ached for breath, you remained there like part of the reef. No Paysyul to stop you this time, no Eywa to send a blessing your way and no family to care.
Your arms spread out and back flat against the sand as the convulsions echoed throughout your body. Breathless and senseless.
Allowing the water to swallow you whole.
You were in Her embrace.
Calm swept over you for the first time in four years.
Immediately recognising where you were⦠your true kelku in the heart of the home tree you had seen burn. The fresh fruit and salt cast from the sea scented the air as it always had. Transparent cloth draped around the room, your motherās baskets of herbs settled in the corner and your fatherās spear hung where it always would be. Your sisterās wooden figures splayed messily on the floorā she never had been able to clean up. āWe never thought weād see you here so soon,ā Of course it was him, the one who plagued your memories. You didnāt bolt towards him like you thought you would, his hand braced your shoulder. āI canāt tease you now, youāre taller than meā¦āĀ
You couldnāt help but sob, he had always been taller. Always back to when you first met as children and had grown. He still looked like he was sixteen, not aged a single day since he was taken away from you. āDonāt cry, paskalin, I always hated when you cried.ā Stroking your hair with hands you thought youād never feel again.
āHow can I not cry, Rahu?ā
He shushed you gently, āIt is not your time yet⦠why are you here, Y/N?ā Of course Rahu knew, Eywa saw everything. āThere is no need to torture yourself⦠you deserve happiness not self-murder. After everything you have been through you deserve peace.ā It made the guilt run deeper, since he could see all and could experience the feelings that grew for the second son of Toruk Makto.Ā
A kiss to your knuckles, āIf I could choose anyone to guard your heart it would be Loāak,ā The grief in your eyes when he said his name, āHe brought that smile backā the one that lit rooms back home ā and I will be forever grateful for that. As are theyā¦āĀ
Chatter from behind you that had the streams course down your face. Bringing them into a crushing hug; like old times. āSaānu, sempu!ā A tap at your shoulder.Ā
It broke something in you.
Age had not scorned Tirea in the arms of Eywa. Forever eight years oldā she probably loved that. She could play with her wooden figures all night and day. āLittle parultsyƬpā¦ā Holding her in the air as you always had, giving her a spin. Over her shoulder stood your family, āMa swapxƬā¦ā In the golden haze of the All Mother you still felt like something was missing, like you were not meant to be there. Not withoutā¦
āYou must return now, maāite,ā Your forehead connected to your motherās. āYou have a life to live⦠for us and everyone from the village⦠for SnatanhƬ, tooā¦ā The mention of that name drove the wedge deeper. You had lost everyone you had ever cared about in one fell swoop four years prior.
Your father, āDo not dwell on the past, Y/N, look to your future. Your bright future at Metkayina.ā
Tirea beneath hugged your leg, āWhen you have little ones, donāt forget to let us meet themā¦ā
And finally the former flame of your mending heart, āHe has our blessing. Be happy with him and donāt you dare feel guilty.ā A kiss to your temple and too many arms circled around you.Ā
āI will love you all. Always.ā The connection wavered and a newfound sense of clarity rolled over your body.
Snapped awake to the frantic pressure on your chest and jagged breathing you recognised. āCome on!ā It sounded urgentā the shout bit down the tears, āCome on, Y/N, stay with meā¦ā Your eyes wide open and the water pooled in your lungs spluttered up, his arm guided you to sit forward on the sodden sand.
The look on his face unreadable, tears streaked his cheeks as he held you there. Just looking at you like you could vanish at any moment. His other hand settled at your cheek, his thumb drew circles. āI thought I lost you,ā that is why you did it, so you would forget how he looked at you and how that made you feel.
āLoāakā¦ā He could tell you were scared; to feel anything other than emptiness. He knew the notion. A braid brushed away from your faceā how many times had you allowed him to do that, guilt would eat at you whenever he did. When you thought about the warmth of his lips against yours and his touch on your body.
In the haze of night he was even more intoxicating to ignore. Youād memorise his silhouette; the curve of his nose and the dip of his lips in that twinkling glow.
His thumb ran along your bottom lip, āI know youāre fighting with the past, that your head feels too loud⦠but you donāt need to push me away. Let me be there to helpā¦ā
The tears dragged down on their own, swept away by his thumb as they ran. The only place to look was the gold of his eyes. āWhy does everything about you draw me in?ā Only able to curse your feelings. āI tried to hate you, Loāak,ā his nose brushed against yours. Unable to mask your fleeting heartbeat in the heavy gaze of his eyes.
The tension snapped.
Angled up as his kiss devoured you. Your hands traced from his chest, to his shoulders and up to where his hair met his nape. Bringing yourself onto your knees, Loāakās fingers gripped your waist dragging you further against his sturdy build. Not breaking the sequence of flipped kisses, both trying to make the most of that moment.
Breaking apart to ease the tightness in your chests, foreheads fell against one another, the bridge of his nose lapped yours in affection that felt natural. āOel ngati kameie,ā Souls connected through the joint gaze, nose nudging yours again.
Taking in the flickers of light on his skin, āOel ngati kameie.ā Pulling him back down onto your lips.

I hope this wasnāt awful and part two will be released soon. If you want to be added to the tag list just let me know. Thank you for reading!
It wasnāt your finest hour. Especially since you knew everything that was to come. Roaming in the dark, hoping neither side found you- especially HIM.
Your steps fleeting and feathered, breathing subtle and trained. This was what you were renowned for. A hand around your throat, āYouāre lucky my hand aināt a nooseā¦ā Unfortunately he could give you a run for your money. āCat got your tongue, loveā¦ā Nestled against his chest, blocked by ammunition and body armour. How many times had you been in that position fully bare and swollen around him? Too many times than you would care to admit.
How the tables had turned from nights of pleasant fuckery⦠now it felt like you both had been fucked over, āHow long have you known?ā His grip bent, indenting your neck.
āSimon, I- ,ā He lost his mind.
Flicking you around with one hand and catching in both, āI donāt wanna hear fuckinā it⦠how long have you known?ā You wish that you could turn back time, to when his apprehension was amusement and when his eyes werenāt filled with resent.
You didnāt resist him, āShepherd threatened my family, Simonā¦ā
Pressing the metal blade against your neck, āComes with the job⦠how long?ā You didnāt flinch at him, staring straight at the betrayal lingering in the murkiness.
āThree months, I should have told youā¦ā His masked face directly before yours, how many times had he been like that without the damned thing⦠too many occurrences for you to count. His hands would mark the places his lips would smother, his lips usually planted on where youād be screaming from.
Neither of you recounted how you ended up in that precarious state the first time, six rounds later in the morning. Dotted abrasions waved across your body, and your pussy more than sore.
How far you pair had fallen⦠āHow did it come to this?ā A weapon against your throat and death sentence awaited you, voicing your thoughts to the man that held the knife. āHow did it come to THIS?ā Tears straying down your mucky cheeks, only for his gloved hand to swipe over it.
That was the Simon youād fallen in love with against better judgement, āYouāre gonna tell us everything, got that? Weāll keep your family safeā¦ā
āThatās a promise you canāt keep, Lt. Rileyā¦ā
āIf I canāt keep a promise to you, then what good am I?ā Sweeping away the tears, āIāve gotta go get Johnny⦠could use an extra eye as long as you donāt shoot me in the backā¦ā
could we get a sanemi x f!reader drabble but sanemiās actually really soft and caring during their intimate moments? he seems like such a softdom to me
Youād barely gotten out alive, and thatās what crazed him. So there you stood, at one end of the training area while he was at the opposite. Shadow cast around him, every part of him shaking. It left your chest hollow, āYou nearly diedā¦ā A blink, now only a breath away- carved out chest slightly higher than yours.
You expect a riot, but all you feel is comfort. Arms enveloping your body, tears in your necks. Your fingers traced the locks of snow, eyes welled at the sheer thought of being separated from Sanemi Shinazugawa in any lifetime. āLetās go to mineā¦ā A murmur against your brow as a calloused hand fitted against yours.
As the sun cast its last ray, his lips trickled down from neck to navel like a warm embrace. Paying mind to new wounds that would likely scar. Heād spend hours cherishing that skin, marks left in obvious spots and some only he got the pleasure of seeing. Mouth fitted against yours, hands angling your head to dig deeper- not getting enough of how you tasted against his tongue.
Sanemi treated you like a porcelain doll, unlike how he had been thus far. āWhy are you being so gentle?ā Lilac eyes stared at you with such peace.
Hand slipping into yours, as his cock its made home. Sanemi consumed your honeysuckle moan, āYouāre more than a quick fuckā¦ā Youād thought heād disappeared entirely- but there was the brash side. Only in his words, his pace was silk- much more passive and smooth than jagged thrusts for release. Wayward wisps of moonlight brushed your face.
That night it was a cloudscape, like you were floating on air. You had almost perished at the hands of a Lower Moon, but you hadnāt. In the gentle caress of Sanemi Shinazugawa, and who could ignore that fact- still using his name as a profanity as that ache built, hands holding his face.
Watching you come undone, as you did him. From then on, you knew the difference between being fucked and being made love to.
āAfter nearly losing you, I realised I canāt treat the woman I love so carelesslyā¦ā
Heād never said that word before, and you didnāt dwell. Head rested on his broad chest, āI love you, too, Sanemiā¦ā

Heās very touchy feely after sex, itās rare for you to get peace alone. Giyu just holds you in his arms, remembering how you felt- warmth, plushness for an eternity. He swears that it would be the final thought before succumbing to death. Whenever that would be.
B = Body part (their favorite body part of theirs and also their partnerās)
ON HIMSELF: He isnāt an egotistical guy, barely looks in the mirror- doesnāt know what one really is if heās being honest. His body is essentially ājust a weaponā to destroy the demon scourge.
ON YOU: Your lips, whether itās watching you talk or hungrily devouring them⦠your lips are his getaway from reality and the void in his head. Heās also partial to your hands, theyāre so soft compared to his.
C = Cum (anything to do with cum, basically)
He doesnāt have a preference, doesnāt feel the absolute need to fill you up and doesnāt mind getting a cloth and wiping his cum off your body.
Heās game for anything, other than on your pretty face.
D = Dirty secret (pretty self explanatory, a dirty secret of theirs)
Would just love to have sex in a public place, not that his anxiety would ever be able to take that but he fantasises about eating you out against an alleyway wall. Giyu knows he could never do it, but thatās his dirty little secret.
E = Experience (how experienced are they? do they know what theyāre doing?)
Giyu Tomioka is a virgin because he doesnāt lose. But heās a fast learner, very fast learner. He goes from completely inexperienced to making you cum in seconds from one sexual entanglement to the next.
F = Favorite position (this goes without saying)
MISSIONARY : Not surprising, heās eyes azure steeled watching your face contort as only his hips snapped. Stone holding you close to his beating chest. Losing his composure, cracks in that seamless image. Kissing you every thrust, delicate with your frame. Giyu likes missionary, because he can see how you come undone for him⦠breathless moans shattered.
SITTING UP COWGIRL: Heās a missionary guy but if you wanna spice it up, he very open to cowgirl where heās sat up instead of laid down. Coiling you in his capable arms, heās not threatened by you having control. It lets him get out of his own head. Likes leaving hickeys along your collarbone working up to your jaw. Your arms around his neck as he loses all sense of composure, thrusts busting upward. All the while those marine eyes are focused on your face.
G = Goofy (are they more serious in the moment? are they humorous? etc.)
Very composed, I wouldnāt say serious. Giyu is in general very unemotional and it shows during intimacy until he starts to crack by your movements on him. Thereās a laugh when he cums with a grunt⦠almost in disbelief but that composed front would never shake with Giyu.
H = Hair (how well groomed are they? does the carpet match the drapes? etc.)
Before you started to be intimate, he left it up to nature. But respects that it must not be pleasant with all the hair. He doesnāt get rid of it all but keeps in managed. Keeps his snail trail, you instructed him to.
Overall, Giyu isnāt very hairy. Itās more noticeable because it matches his hair colour so very dark hair.
On his partner, I donāt think he minds the length of hair down there. As long as itās not a jungle heās quite a chill guy about it.
I = Intimacy (how are they during the moment? the romantic aspect)
Loves looking into your eyes and hearing how your breath hitches off beat when he lays kisses from your lips down to your pussy. The world moves in slow motion for Giyu when heās with you, and he savours that pit in stomach when you look so angelic shadowed by his body.
He likes to take you to picnic dates and make love to you on the blanket in a field of flowers. Heās quite thoughtful in that aspect and goes to quite a lot of effort to make moments special for you. So I guess you could say heās romantic.
J = Jack off (masturbation headcanon)
Heās never had a need to.
Giyu doesnāt need sex- he finds it messes up his focus- so unless you are with him, heās not giving it the time of day. Itās his attraction to you that makes him want it, which is why you never work on missions together, he canāt bite it down sometimes.
K = Kink (one or more of their kinks)
LIGHT BONDAGE: You saw how he tied up Inosuke, Tomioka has serious bondage skills. Heās not into shibari (Japanese bondage techniques), itās more your hands above your head bound type of deal. As long as youāre comfortable with it, it just turns him on to have full control over what he can do to your body. He doesnāt get too wild.
LINGERIE: The first time he saw you in lace, he was kissing you. That was just your normal underwear so when he sees stockings- heās leaving a trail of kisses front ankle to the apex of your thighs. He just adores seeing your body, never has the lights off- he loves to see all of you.
L = Location (favorite places to do the do)
He loves the comfort of the bed, itās squishy and nobody will bother you there. Adores alone time with you, as long as youāre uninterrupted heās not too bothered where you do it.
Butā¦
Giyu LOVES making an occasion of sex, heās a teeny tiny bit of a romantic.
I think he likes to get away to the swordsmith village when your nichirin swords need some TLC. A date by the hot springs and it ends up with you in his arms and Giyu inside of you in a carry fuck position.
M = Motivation (what turns them on, gets them going)
Thereās a reason he doesnāt train with you and thatās because he is utterly distracted by your movements and grace⦠in a battle, thatās a different story. Heās laser focused on the task at hand, but training- heās rock hard. Tengen will probably tease him about it⦠so he just shuffles away without a word to his elder.
Also, when youāre kind- when youāre witty and sarcastic. It doesnāt get him rock hard but he feels a twitch because heās just so attracted to you in those moments. Heās a gentle soul.
N = No (something they wouldnāt do, turn offs)
Water sports and stuff like that, despite being the Water Hashira but NO.
Degrading you and being unkind to you in any way, you respect him he will respect you. And unless you call him a whore during sex- he aināt gonna say it to you.
Anything involving other people, yeah, I know thatās boring but he isnāt the sharing type. Loves having you and your undivided attention- itās adorable.
O = Oral (preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.)
Isnāt going to say no to you giving him one after a long Hashira meeting or unwinding after a mission.
But he prefers going down on you, heās not a like a starved man- heās more reserved and knows what buttons to press so your toes are curled. He knows his way around your pussy.
P = Pace (are they fast and rough? slow and sensual? etc.)
May lose himself in the heat and is deep and quick but in general heās like a steady tide. Building up the pleasure inside of you. Heās not quick to finish so can take his time with you.
If you beg him, heās like a jackrabbit but if you donāt ask you wonāt get.
Q = Quickie (their opinions on quickies, how often, etc.)
Loves to take his time with you. As mentioned before- thereās romance involved in every effort he makes. He canāt help it and you wouldnāt change it.
You have had a quickie here and there but itās not regular.
R = Risk (are they game to experiment? do they take risks? etc.)
On the outside if you got caught, he wouldnāt appear to care but on the inside heās red and canāt fight that embarrassment of being discovered. So he prefers to keep it private, but he has been known to fuck you in hot springs that anybody could find you in.
Heās flexible to experimentation but resorts back to what heās always done.
S = Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)
Enjoys long drawn out sex sessions, he needs a 15 minute break between cumming but heās good to go again.
It could sometimes be all night long love making, but the intimacy doesnāt die down when heās resting- heās cradling you in his arms. Kissing you after lasting for 40 minutes- making sure youāre on cloud nine every second of it.
T = Toys (do they own toys? do they use them? on a partner or themselves?)
Strikes me as old fashioned and has a proud aspect that deters him from accepting help from sex toys.
Does have bondage specific rope stashed beneath tatami boards.
U = Unfair (how much they like to tease)
Has the capability to tease, it just depends on what lengths you drive him to. If youāve been a pain or teased him yourself. What goes around cums around and justice is served.
V = Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)
Not very loud, heās telling you how good you are and praising you nonstop. Itās only when heās cumming that heās got a finite grip on your hips and moaning- grunt-like and wholly attractive. Otherwise, he gives the odd noise but you could mistake his heartbeat for that.
W = Wild card (a random headcanon for the character)
As predictable as Giyu Tomioka is, you never expected him to drag you into the store closets in the Butterfly Mansion. Nor did you anticipate his hands ripping down your trousers. Or his cock slipping in and out of your pussy like a prayer, heavy breaths behind you.
An explanation told after heād released inside you. āWhen your fist went into Shinazugawaās face⦠I knew I had to have you here and nowā¦ā Note to self: punch Sanemi more often.
X = X-ray (letās see whatās going on under those clothes)
Heās longer than average- about a 6.5 inches with decent thickness but this man knows what to do with it.
Giyu is a Hashira- heās been training rigorously for years under Urokodaki and then alongside others of his rank. Heās a ripped guy but heās very modest, not because heās trying to be but because heās never viewed himself as attractive. Just not a vain person in general.
Y = Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)
Doesnāt REQUIRE sex in his daily life- only if you do certain things. Heāll have it if you ask and tease him.
Scale of 0-10, heās a solid 6.
Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)
Maybe struggles with insomnia on rare occasions and he doesnāt get tired easily. Heās more than likely wide away after the sex, if youāre ready to go another round he doesnāt mind.
Makes sure youāre taken care of before considering falling asleep after a long night of worshipping you. Really doesnāt think his wellbeing means shit.
He goes rough during sex and he knows it. Being a Hashira is stressful and his mother haunts his nightmares. So after giving you the brunt of his pain, he carries you to the bath.
Youāre limp and numb to anything around you, he takes care with you. Washing your hair, scrubbing your perfect body. Whispering sweet nothings in your ear while behind you.
Curling you in his arms in bed, youāve never slept so well.
B = Body part (their favorite body part of theirs and also their partnerās)
ON HIMSELF: Heās proud of his body, all of the work it does to kill demons. It also has other benefits, making you cum harder than you had with anyone. He hates his scars, but since he has had significant ones since childhood- he thought to himself, āmore wonāt change thingsā¦ā and doesnāt care if he garners more of them.
ON YOU: You have such soft skin and that joyous gleam in your eyes warms his heart. Your smile makes him have hope that true good exists in abundance and that heās worthy of tranquil happiness. Heās a thigh man, loves to use them as an anchor point when rutting into you. And resting his head on them when he returns home in relatively one piece.
C = Cum (anything to do with cum, basically)
Gets so worked up, more times than not his cum is leaking out of you. If itās a blowjob, heās finishing down your throat.
It terms of your cum, heās fingering you in the attempt to get you to squirt. Heās used to the mess and doesnāt give a shit really. Loves when youāre so far gone that you couldnāt care less if anybody else heard you yell his name.
Heās a āgrown ass manā who likes watching you cum⦠very hard.
D = Dirty secret (pretty self explanatory, a dirty secret of theirs)
Wants to fuck you on Hashira training grounds, carry fucking you. Heās a muscular guy, more than capable of tossing you up and down on his thick cock.
If any Hashira happens to see it, he doesnāt care. Theyād see how competent he is on the battlefield and in the bedroom.
E = Experience (how experienced are they? do they know what theyāre doing?)
Heās too busy fighting demons to have frequent sex. Heās not a virgin but hasnāt gotten much.
Sanemi doesnāt like being touched, everything encounter before you had been non-intimate and pure sex.
But Sanemi knows what to do, especially with subtle guidance from yourself.
F = Favorite position (this goes without saying)
CARRY FUCK: Heās strong- unbelievably so and heās fast. Youāre not in control, heās in full force in that positionā¦
LEAPFROG: Itās a more intimate version of doggystyle but your legs are prized open more and the angle he hits you inside is tear jerking and orgasm inducing. Itās one of his personal favourites- he can feel every inch of your cunt like that.
G = Goofy (are they more serious in the moment? are they humorous? etc.)
Stone cold seriousness, in sex and in life. His presence is enough to render you speechless and humourless. Especially while bottoming you out. Only hearing your cries of pleasure.
H = Hair (how well groomed are they? does the carpet match the drapes? etc.)
Itās not messy down there, more on the side of no hair at all or a trimmed area of white.
I = Intimacy (how are they during the moment? the romantic aspect)
Wouldnāt described Sanemi as a romantic, he cares about you definitely but doesnāt see the point in romantic gestures. His kisses are rough and spontaneous. You can taste the anger in them.
J = Jack off (masturbation headcanon)
Thereās a lot of pent up tension for one person, typically takes it out in Hashira training but if youāve turned him on⦠heās gotta get it out somehow.
You caught him once, his cheek flushed an out of character pink⦠replacing his hand with your own, before swiping your tongue along his length, glossy with saliva. His hands braced in your hair, keeping your head bobbing.
K = Kink (one or more of their kinks)
Loves to see his hickeys lacing every inch of your skin. Heās got a thing, and wears your scratches like a badge of honour.
Definitely is a masochist, especially with your scratches at his back. He wishes when you grip the sheets- him thrusting into you from behind - that it was your nails in his back.
Your pathetic cries for him to not stop, he gets off on that shit. You unable to handle him without tears streaking your cheeks.
L = Location (favorite places to do the do)
AGAINST A TREE: Loves when his back is against the tree, you on his hips- bucking up and down on his shaft. Or youāre on your knees, hair collected in his scarred palms- sloppy with his cock stuffed in your mouth.
OPEN SPACES: Open fields, on the ground. He likes stability because he can be earth shaking, also the echo of your screams drive him over an edge he craves.
M = Motivation (what turns them on, gets them going)
A simple hand against his bare chest, running your fingers along the indentations undulating his pecs and toned abs. Running under his uniform. Down to his cock, palming. Youāve got his attention and without a second thought, your garments are pushed to the side and heās in you.
Seeing you hold your own in battle, he admires a woman in charge and capable of independence. Heāll see how well you can handle him, whether that be in front of everybody or in private- depends on how you look at him across the battlefield.
N = No (something they wouldnāt do, turn offs)
Not many things turn him off- hurting you, like actually harm to you is a massive no no. Heās not a monster, just troubled.
Any form of bodily fluid other than cum is a massive no. Heās not an animal who needs to mark his territory like that. He just leaves hickeys for days on you.
O = Oral (preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.)
Loves either. Depends if heās in a giving mood and how dirty youāve been. Heās never begged for a blowjob, you just end up gagging on him every day.
Heās very talented with his tongue, you may be better than red bean mochi. Obsessed with your pussy and the noises he can get rip from you by exploring it.
P = Pace (are they fast and rough? slow and sensual? etc.)
Rough, rough, rough⦠did I mention heās rough?
Sometimes youāve had trouble walking because heās drawn out so many heavy orgasms from you. Even his fingers are ROUGH⦠heās gentle afterward but in the moment, heās possessed.
Q = Quickie (their opinions on quickies, how often, etc.)
Loves to have a quickie, he can make you cum relatively quick. And he enjoys a quickie go in the Butterfly Mansion gardens now and again before Aoi can reprimand you both for undertaking such ālewdā actions.
If youāre at HQ, everyday- maybe three times a day. He craves your skin and your presence. Not that heād ever admit it.
R = Risk (are they game to experiment? do they take risks? etc.)
Itās pretty clear he doesnāt give a shit what others think of him. Heās fucked you in open corridors before at HQ. In alleyways, in the hot springs everywhere you ventured together in missions.
He is addicted to your volume, your sweet voice on the air as heās tearing your soul from your body. He doesnāt care who hears that.
Itās not his fault that he knows how to make you cum hard multiple times in a row. Multiple times a day.
S = Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)
His stamina is inhuman. Heās drilling you three times a day⦠full out⦠day after day. One round with him is like four rounds with another guy, so he can last twelve rounds a day with that math.
Make sure not to taunt him about not being able to last⦠heāll prove you wrong.
T = Toys (do they own toys? do they use them? on a partner or themselves?)
He doesnāt need toys, heās a man who can pleasure his woman. Youāve never complained before.
U = Unfair (how much they like to tease)
Heās a fucking tease, in the worst way possible. If youāve annoyed him, he has no problem in edging you countless times. Jokes on you, it just ends up in a cascade of profanity rolling from your throat. Speaking in tongues, and clinging to his rock hard body.
V = Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)
Not too loud but his grunts egg you on even moreā¦
W = Wild card (a random headcanon for the character)
Youāll be on patrol one night and heāll drag you into the noodle place. Tearing down your trousers, āDripping already⦠youāve been thinking about me, huh?ā You nodded, as he stroked into you. Unrelenting.
This has happened more than once.
X = X-ray (letās see whatās going on under those clothes)
Seven inches and thick. Veiny and hooking to the left slightly.
Y = Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)
In close proximity with you, yeah- youāre a fucking goner. He doesnāt care where he corners you, youāll always be game for it.
On a scale of 0-10. Sanemi Shinazugawa is a 10/10.
Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)
Makes sure youāre comfortable and sound asleep before he wraps you in his arms and sleeps soundly for the first time in weeks.
He does care about you, itās just not in his nature to be gentle during physical activities.
"Stop messing with me, Sanemi," You had never felt so vulnerable in her life, ass up and head down with the foreboding Wind Hashira watching from behind.
You knew the usual stare he held in these situations, so calculated and so feral. His hands followed on suit, one on each globe of your bare ass, "Pipe down, sweet thing, just figuring out what I'm gonna do to you... been teasing me all fucking dayā¦" His voice like rolling thunder- dark tipped with salacity. Making all the more wet upon hearing it. He earned a groan with the grip of his fingertips into your padded flesh. "You like that, huh? Well I guess..."
Your hips grated against the zataku table; hair scattered, blocking your vision. A startled moan was all you both could hear, "Could warn me next time," Eye half-close, brows drooping and mouth hung open. He wished he could see the sight he had grown accustomed to, but the view of his cock entering that dripping cunt was more intriguing.
Youād never get used to that feeling- the pinpricks wedging you open. While he focused solely on the throbbing of your pussy swelling, pulsing around him. He didn't respond, swiping a long stroke into you - digging his mouth into the curve of your neck; hot breaths brushing against molten skin. His fingers around your neck- a smile covered your face. They didnāt dig in or constrict airflow- Sanemi always did that to stable you.
Sanemiās smile was more menacing as his hips ebbed and flowed, knocking the wind out of you while beneath him. He was reckless with his thrusts, you swore there would have bruises - alike every occurrence you fucked.
Not that you had any complaints⦠maybe thatās why he could never leave your side. Despite your frame becoming swamped by his, you still loved being manhandled⦠Sanemi would die a happy man to be in your arms as the sun came up.

Iām sleep deprived and this is apparently what happens when the insomnia takes over.
You didnāt know how you ended up in that situation. Maybe it was the tight skirt⦠maybe it was that inbuilt chemistry⦠maybe it was the fact youād worn no panties and had made him aware the entire time he was lecturing the class.
Maybe thatās why your ass was up, thunderous pounding reddened the fat of it. Balls hitting against your clit as he rioted. His hands tied yours around your back, face parallel to the desk. A slim part of you cared about how anybody could walk in with your professor fucking you like an animal in heat. That didnāt stop those honeyed moans tearing away from you. āFuck! Donāt stop!ā You mustāve sounded pathetic in the mumble.
He wouldāve laughed had he not been balls deep inside you- stilling himself for a second. Palms releasing your limbs, holding the insatiable sight of your raw backside. Giving it a satisfied clap, āYou take me so well, sweeāheartā¦ā Deep and looming thrusts accentuated his intentions. Fingers dug into your flesh while you groaned lightly. āIām gonna rip into yaā ātil yaā canāt stand⦠understood?ā Youād forgotten heād said he was in the Special Forces, his hips never let you forget.
You couldnāt help what drooled from your mouth, āAffirmative, Captain Priceā¦ā He was true in his promise after you used his rank, you knew what buttons to press and when to flash your pretty pussy at him.
Too smart for your own good, even fucked dumb on his girth, working up and down. Adrenaline the only thing keeping you moving and upright. Chanting his name and spewing filth at the man. Facing away from him, to the rows of seats and two lecture hall doors. āAnybody could come in and see the whore the university golden girl is⦠but you like that donāt yaā?ā Thatās when you went limp, his muscular physique taking over. Hugging you to his toned chest, and whispering in your ear, āYouāre ruined for those rugby players you fuck thinking about meā¦ā

- He looked confident but is a very logistical person when planning was involved,
- Though he didnāt have much of a choice when he came home to your shared apartment, you sat at the kitchen table. āAs gorgeous as everā¦ā He hummed to you, only faintly able to smile to him. āHey⦠whatās wrong? Iāve got no bulletholes in me,ā Briging you into a back hug, your hands only weak when holding him.
- Youād only been with him a short amount of time, meeting him through friends but youād known him as long as youād been hooking up and dating.
- āIām pregnant,ā his hold on you didnāt frail. You expected him to freak out then and there but you just heard him cry in your ear. āKyle, you okay?ā
- He moved beside you, your head in his hands before dragging you into a crushing kiss. Breathless, āArenāt you freaked out?ā Speaking to him with such concern, this wasnāt like him⦠not usually. He burst into laughter with the tears. āWho are you and what have you done with Kyle Garrick?ā

- He wasnāt going to tell you, youād stop him. āDonāt even think about it, Kyle⦠itās a waste of resources and youāll have a heart attackā¦ā
- Kyle soon discovers that theory is much different from putting it into practice⦠especially changing nappies.
- You giggle at him, āI can do it if you wantā¦ā
- āNo. Iām a Sergeant, I can change a nappyā¦ā He did, not neat or pristine but it would do the job.
- As he practiced, he became a nappy changing master.
- Heās actually adorable with your daughter- speaking in a mix of baby voice and then complex sentence the next minute
- He doesnāt mind if you have more kids, heās looking to buy a house
- Donāt worry he has it covered- heās got viewings set upā¦
- Kyleās always got you covered as a parent and as a partner
- You just wonder if heās ready for the announcement of baby number two when your little girl is 6 months

I hope I wrote Gaz okay? Heās new territory for me but heās a fun character to write for. Thank you for reading xx
Johnny MacTavish canāt wait until after his reception to have your wedding night. Why not in the church bathroom?
āāāā
Only 25, stood in a waiting room with butterflies in your stomach. Not daring to look in the mirror, knowing the sight youād see. All in white.
Everything in your thoughts drifted back to what would be at the end. The end of an aisle⦠your soon-to-be husband stood there. Only able to focus on the electric blue of his eyes.
It was lucky your Captain held your arm, walking you down the carpeted strip. He was like a father to you, he made both you and Johnny top candidates during your selection process at 18 years old. He volunteered when nobody else stepped up to the tableā¦
Tears down your face as you stood eye-to-eye with your future. He gave your hand a squeeze, āYouāre perfectā¦ā Saying before speaking your vows, taking that kiss unlike any other. And before you knew it, he was on you.
You were breathless, āJohnny⦠shouldnāt we wait for tonight?ā Inhaling the scent of his aftershave, fingers holding the back of his hair⦠lips against your neck, hand gripped onto your stocking clad leg. Feeling the garter straps holding them up.
Cheekiness in that grin, āHavenāt seen this gorgeous body all day⦠fuckinā traditionsā¦ā Working his lips on yours, Johnny never tasted so sweet. āWhere dāya need me, Mrs MacTavish?ā Your eyes conniving when toying with the ideaā¦
A bite to your own lip, āYouāre talking too much⦠what else is that tongue good for?ā
You could not see him past the train of your snowy dress. Johnny wasnāt complaining, easier access. āWoah⦠I found the something blue,ā You couldnāt help but shiver, able to only feel how he ventured. Leaving the garter alone, pressing against your sensitivity. Dripping wet with your now-husband between your legs.
Ass holstered on the solid countertop, two sinks either side and the door locked from the inside. Johnny had planned for this since booking the church as a venue- and maybe swiping the keys in the priests office⦠heād return those later.
Moving your lacy underwear to the side, a long lick along your slit. His thumb rubbing your clit just how you liked it. Lapping at your folds, āYou always taste so fuckinā delicious,ā His palms sent you off balance- falling against the mirror behind you, grappling at porcelain to anchor yourself as he sank deeper- able to see his strip of hair moving amongst the material fallen around at your waist. Heels strapped on and hooking the end of the stone surface. Chest heaving.
The noises so sloppy, you wanted to see him so badly. The usual sight of you dripping down his chin, before heād go in for a hunger driven kiss. But instead, his fingers worked in and out of you instead, āDonāt wanna mess up the dressā¦ā Spluttering your words as they continued to pump inside, curling expertly⦠tingles spread down your legs and back up. āJohnnyā¦ā Teeth gritted, while his tongue flicked at your bud. Sending you off the edge.
āThatās itā¦ā He was filthy, and dirty minded at best. You should have known your wedding day would end up like this, you couldnāt get him off you. Not that you had complaints, he just had a thing for overstimulating you⦠whixh followed through right then, as his fingertips kept drawing out that mind-blowing release. But another thing with Johnny MacTavish, was he was full of surprises.
Feet dragged off the side, lips crashing against yours. That familiar taste on your tongue⦠āSee what I mean⦠so sweet, darlināā¦ā That grin was enough for you to slump against the mirror again. āA bit quiet, though⦠howās the ābig guyā gonna know we sealed the deal?ā His views on religion were immoral.
You were speechless, leg manhandled to hike above his hipbone. His arousal propped against your very accessible hole- making it blatantly obvious with the subtle buck of his hips, clutching you close to his damp chest. Until he was not, spinning you around; staring at yourself in the reflective surface - watching as he tracked bites and kisses down your bare neck. His hard cock in the mirror- a hand pumping at its length. It was salivating, his hand barely managed to wrap its girth while the other palm pressured you forward, pelvis now height level with the basin. You were dripping wet; just yearning to feel that ache building up with his cock inside you.
Johnny was a tease, only now lifting the material, and ripping your panties down the gusset, āThose were newā¦ā You found yourself grumbling, his hands rubbing your lower back.
Before shoving you down a bit, āIāll get yā some new onesā¦ā Your pussy swollen as taking him in, inch by inch. Each earnt a new sequence of sounds escaping her throat. āFuckā¦ā He watched as his cock disappeared, and then to how your mouth hung open with a sigh dragging out. āPlease tell me to move, you feel so fuckinā amazing..." A nod followed by the crash of imbalance- but youād would be a liar to say you did not love the penetrating lust that burned in that blindspot.
Hands ensuring your hips remained in that exact spot; proving a challenge on tiptoes. Eyes squeezed shut, allowing those feelings to ravish your senses. His panting, soft and guttural⦠Unstable as his jacket fell to the floor, and he managed to unbutton his shirt while bucking into you. It was a talent, and fuck did it feel like heaven.
He watched how that ass bounced, fingers embedded in the fat of cheeks, not able to control your lower body as he rutted. Not that you paid a blind bits notice, intoxicated around his length. āDonāt stop!ā Feeling yourself slip. Waves crashing over your body, body stiffening up. His thrusts carrying through until they grew jagged and deep. Your shrill, volumed cry was what sent him over the edge.
His name branding the echoes, warmth inside of you while he buried himself. āFuckā¦ā You turned your head to the side, seeing the mask-wearing face of Johnnyās squad mate⦠āMaybe learn how to lock a door⦠fucking like rabbitsā¦ā He mumbled leaving the bathroom.
āI thought you locked it,ā He remained deep in youā¦
He chuckled along with your much lighter giggle, āNot gonna hear the end of this oneā¦ā

- You didnāt know what to expect being set up by your childhood friend Kyle Garrick
- Having an inkling it would be someone he worked with in the āparachute regimentā. So you expected 5ā11ā, stocky build and maybe a Mohawk?
- What you got was 6ā4ā, unable to tell what build he had because of the hoodies and a mask?
- He scared you to begin with, especially when you heard his voice. And Simon was used to that, thatās why he didnāt date⦠he couldnāt remember the last time he had sex or even spoke romantically to a woman.
- You thought about walking out on the date, but held in there. Realising maybe he was so awkward around the other people in the pub. āWanna take a walk?ā
- āThink you can keep up?ā That was the first confident thing Simon had said that night.
- Maybe walking along the canal wasnāt the best choice but he seemed harmless, not a serial killer⦠He leant against the railings⦠his eyes reflected the street lamp, the night a dreary sight.
- You went to start your car, no such luck- like your date. He hadnāt told you one thing about himself⦠date failed and now your car refused to work with you. Your phone at 1% charge⦠you couldnāt even call a taxi.
- When you started to walk to the pub, an off-road jet black 4x4 pulled up beside you. It was Simon. āCar trouble?ā
- āYeahā¦ā
- āGet in.ā Was it a bad idea to jump into the car of someone youād only just met and communicated with through Kyle? Yes. Were you in any position to turn down his kindness? No. āIāll drive ya homeā¦ā
- Then the pin dropped, āMy house keys are in the car,ā A dry laugh came from him- trying to imagine what he looked like under that thing.
- āI canāt leave you on the streetā¦ā And thatās what led you straight into the passenger seat. His truck was spotless and surprisingly comfortable, like nobody had ever sat in that spot before you. āYou can stay at mine for the night, donāt tell Garrick⦠heāll have a field dayā¦.ā
- āThanks, but you could just drop me at a bus stop?ā Not that you wanted that, not that you wanted anything from the good samaritan at the wheel.
- His head shook, āIn this area? No chance, love,ā You wondered how long he had travelled to go on this date because he had been driving half an hour before he pulled into a drive. From how he looked around getting out of the car and how high the garden hedge was, you thought it was lucky he hadnāt thrown a bag over your head.
- Not that youād remember where he had taken you anyway.
- His house was almost barren, not many belongings. āKitchen is on your left, living room on the right and bathroom is upstairs the first door you seeā¦ā He was talking much more than he had in the crowded environment.
- āDāya have a phone charger? Iāll call Kyle to come get me tomorrow to look at the carā¦ā He just gave you a stare, then you realised. Kyle didnāt live in your area anymore, over a hundred miles away. āFuckā¦ā
- āIāll take a look at it in the morningā¦ā
- āYou sure? I can pay you fuel money,ā
- Long story short, Simon turned down your money. And he kept coming back after he fixed your car, jotting your number down in case it gave you any more trouble.
- He doesnāt take his mask off until you have sex for the first time
- After that he rarely wears it when in private with you
- Itās weird when you have guests over (TF141) and he wears the damned thing
- You make sure you wash the masks every other day and make sure Simon alternates
- Never gets spots from them, either.
- Has tattoos but would never get a matching one with anyone
- He thinks itās a jinx on any relationship or friendship
- Youāre probably his first proper relationship
- Discloses heās in the SAS when he gets deployed about a year into your relationship
- You never realised how worried sick youād be until he got through the front door
- Bundles you in his arms, never taking the smell of your hair, perfume and skin for granted again
- Fixes all of your car troubles- he may have gone into mechanics had he had a settled childhood
- Finds it difficult to introduce you to the family, not because of you. Because of the baggage.
- His mother welcomed you but with caution in hand. Until you got talking to her and she just seemed to open up to you.
- She invites you round for dinner every Sunday. It makes Simon smile
- Never worked through his emotional baggage about his dad
- So when the subject of kids is brought up, he shudders
- You donāt press the matter, not with Simon
- Heās stubborn and you seem to be the only one who can change his mind
- Simon doesnāt fall in love easily but when he does, itās deep and heās never leaving your side
- Much more of a goofball than other people see- those dad jokes are primed and ready for an occasion
- Not a jealous guy, he knows youāre hisā¦
- Heās more worried about you when heās away
- Itās like a hole in his heart being away from you and he strives to get out uninjured and alive not to burden you
- Knows that if you can get past his work, youāll get through anything
NSFW
- Your first time was very spontaneous, two months into you seeing him.
- The back of his car, you couldnāt remember the cause of it but you remember making out in the back of his truck
- Going out into the woodlands to cool off but instead, you were hitched on his hips and fingers dragging across his muscular shoulders.
- Clung to each other while his body rolled into yours, you biting down slightly on his clothes. Instead of purring his into the daylight air.
- It didnāt end there, the back of the truck and back at his.
- Practically never ending until the morning⦠where youād lay on his chest. He was stroking through your hair
- Whenever heās asleep, he recounts those memories and every encounter after that.. just so he can be close to you when away
- Surprisingly gentle- knows heās a big guy
- Though heās not without his rugged potential. Prefers not to be too rough
- Has sexual experience but nothing above 5 women and then it wasnāt reoccurring
- Doesnāt have a vice for sex, he loves feeling close to you
- Loves facing you, he loves that intimacy
- Heās quite an intimate guy
- Never wears the mask when you have sex
- If you ask him, he refuses⦠finds it difficult to open up about work and his experiences
- Closer than anybody else would be able to get, over his dead body
It was that time of the year⦠where carollers were in chorus and snow flurried in unison.
Though, you didnāt worry about the cold.
You had always hated waking up until you had been close with Kƶnig⦠his large arms that held you close guarded to his impressive body. It didnāt matter what size you were, heād always cloud your stature like a blanket; much needed in the winter months.
He took comfort in the smell of your shampoo and the plushness of your skin, not deciding where to rest the span of his hands. So they tracked in rhythmic movements along your curves. āGood morningā¦ā A contented purr, your hands holding onto the arms barrelling you- pressing him closer. Kƶnig smelled like pine trees, growing up in the countryside as a kid with his grandparents. It made sense how cumbersome he was, taking up most of the bed if he didnāt spend the night wrapped around you. No complaints on his end, he wouldnāt give up having you in his arms for the world.
āWhat do you want to do today?ā Imagining the face he made⦠a kitten really caught in the mist of slumber, a thin lipped smile⦠thatās how he always seemed to be.
Though you didnāt know the rugged side of Kƶnig, and he never wanted you to witness it. You were so soft and so precious⦠holding you in his arms was a gift, finding you was a miracle. Not afraid of him, even when the terrors hunted him down⦠you were a home when his head would fall against your shoulder- your fingers brushing his cropped hair. He knew he couldnāt sleep without you by his side.
Turning in his arms, meeting his icy stare. āAs long as it involves you, I donāt mindā¦ā
