"hey will, do you mind if i chill here till my friend, asher, comes back? he said they had to stop one of cabin nine's faulty machines killing anyone..." she paused a second, just realising how odd a situation this is "he ran off into the woods to find it, they mentioned having an infirmary shift later today. i could help out while i wait, or i can go-" he pointed to the door before fidgeting with their sleeves nervously.

he laughed "yeah, they're quite reckless" she wandered further into the room, taking in their surroundings; the counters with loose pieces of paper scattered over them, the mostly empty infirmary beds with their crisp white sheets and the fluorescent ceiling lights faintly buzzing above them, "thanks for letting me stay, my name is aster by the way, some of my siblings call me star though, i use any pronouns and i'm one of iris's kids. don't think we've met properly before, but asher has mentioned you," he leaned against a their cane watching the medic.
Will gazed over them thoughtfully.
"Are you the one who punched one of your siblings for taking your prism charm? 'Cause that was hilarious. I laughed my ass off for a solid 5 minutes before I healed him. Asher told me it was you, but I couldn't find you in the records. Nice to finally meet you, aster. Can I call you star?"
