Meet my boy Sherd!!!!

~~ ABOUT SHERD!!! ~~

> Sherd is an Archaeologist! He helps with digs on Erid to find artifacts of ancient Eridian history and he studies what he finds.

> Very energetic, a bit messy.

> he can get pretty loud sometimes due to being used to YELLING across a dig site but he knows when to chill out.

> type of guy to dance around you in circles when he’s excited (happens a lot). speaking of dancing, he loves to dance!

> He’s also very passionate about history and will talk forever and ever about it.

> If you can’t tell, he’s a chatterbox too. Very forward and sometimes lacks a filter.

> You wouldn’t guess how intelligent he is by the way he acts.

> Loves to dance, loves to talk, likes dirt. REALLY LIKES DIRT.

> Dislikes when people see him eat, dislikes being bored, dislikes people who don’t like to talk. Dislikes when Mr Grace calls him “sherd the nerd”

> Dances around a lot, does a little shimmy when he talks sometimes.

> Talks a lot, it’s hard to shut him up when he gets started.

> Has a bad habit of shouting or yelling when he doesn’t need to and often has to be told to quiet down.

> Because he has so much energy sometimes over exerts himself and falls asleep without anyone realizing, they look at him and he’s just down.

> Annoys the hell out of everyone else by just spewing eridian history facts.

> He sometimes grills Grace about human history and Grace is only able to offer what he knows (but anything is perfect for sherd).

Sherd’s backstory is nothing crazy. His parents were both scientists but he much preferred learning about the history of Erid, and as a pebble they often found him digging in the dirt. When he discovered a remnant of old Eridian civilization he became transfixed on archaeology and studying history and artifacts. He often leads digs on Erid and despite being so young, he’s at the top of his field.

In honour of Independence Day, I thought it’s only fitting to post my Guyana countryhumans design!! I still need to make a fully lined and done-up drawing of her, but here’s a sketch 🥲🇬🇾
