HIJK is not my personal favorite part of the alphabet song but i appreciate the artistry. it is the sort of labored uphill climb that lends itself to the free downhill spillage of LMNOP. each letter is like an effortful punctuation of an iron pick into the mountain side as you hoist your way up. you can almost hear the shrill of each strike chafing

Also my Wellbutrin is now causing severe jaw clenching and I'm gonna have to go off of it. My only options really bc I refuse to take antipsychotics (for weight reasons) are getting off Lexapro completely and trying cymbalta or Effexor but Lexapro alone does not help me alone so I'm skeptical. Also I have to get a job by August and now in the midst of major med changes that will likely cause a spike in both depression and anxiety for me like 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
