β¦βΊο½‘ 30g brown sweetener
β¦βΊο½‘ 5g vanilla extract
β¦βΊο½‘ 1 egg
ββ βΉ 100g flour
ββ βΉ 1 tsp baking powderΒ
ββ βΉ 1 tsp baking soda
potential add ons for flavour:
ββ for fruit: 150g of any of your choice (berries r nice)
ββ for chocolate (not chip): 20g low cal hot chocolate powder + 15g of cacao powder dissolved in just enough hot-ish water to make a paste

π preheat your oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F) fan forced.
π mash the bananas until smooth
π add the butter, white & brown sweetener, vanilla the egg and mix until combined
π add all the dry ingredientsβthe baking powder, baking soda and flourβuntil a batter forms
π mix in any add ons here (like berries or chocolate)
π line a loaf pan with baking paper & pour your batter inside
π bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
π let the loaf cool completely before slicing

ββ βΉ 80g white sweetener
ββ βΉ 100g oat flour
ββ βΉ 3g baking powder
ββ βΉ 20g powdered monkfruit sweetener

π preheat the oven to 170ΒΊC (340ΒΊF) fanforced
π dissolve 20g of the hot chocolate powder and all the cacao powder into enough boiling water to make a paste
π leave to cool slightly, and then add the white sweetener, egg and yoghurt, and mix to combine
π mix in the flour and baking powder until combined
π bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
π while baking, mix the other 20g of hot chocolate powder and the powdered monkfruit sweetener with enough boiling water to make a paste
π once the cake has cooled completely and the icing has cooled slightly, pour over the top of the cake and spread as desired
π can eat once cool to touch or when completely cooled down. enjoy! :P
