I have been slacking with this blog. Wedding planning and job searching tend to be a bit overwhelming. My current challenge is an attempt to lose weight. It sounds easy but looking at any weight loss diet its all unhealthy. I’ve seen some where you only eat hard boiled eggs and drink tea throughout the day. I want to lose weight but I want to lose it a healthy way that will be easy to keep off.
Not to mention when you look up any sort of fitness workouts its just that the workout. Like what is this workout supposed to do for me and for my body. So trying to spend some extra time figuring out the healthiest ways to be healthy.
