- Robert is literally bi and no one can take that away from me

BEFORE YOU READ THIS: this is not an invisigal hate post it is an invisigal disappointment post. I really mourn the cool character Visi could've been if they didn't edgelord/hazbin hotel/12 year old-ify her character. her character being flawed and sometimes good sometimes bad is not my beef w her at all.

- I really....... really..... do not fw invisigal idk if it's because I worked at Hot Topic for too long but I've interacted with people that act like her and it's not cute when they're like 19, it really isn't cute when they are 27. immediately got the ick from her. also I am not saying bc she is 27 she shouldn't be immature I'm literally 2 weeks away from being the same age and here I am on tumblr writing an essay whining that my video game isn't gay enough for me. but I am saying where in the fuck is HR I would like to file a report!!!

- speaking of invisigal I wish the storyline didn't push her on me so much like I get that the story is lowkey about her but like just let the "flirting" (ahem harrassment tbh) be optional I actually like her as a sort of underdog mentee type of character but I have to ignore soooo much of her dialogue to stomach her character!!! I really want to like her but I just cannot the lines they gave her are so cringe. justice for Invisigal honestly she could've been such a dope character.

- this may be the hottest take in this post but it's my post: as an ADHD haver I don't like Invisigal being the token ADHD character. we get it she's like random and quirky but can we please get a different representation of ADHD in media even just once!!! that being said I know that ppl may relate to her and feel seen and that's sick I am speaking purely selfishly

- now I do see the double standard in not liking Visi but loving Flambae BUT while he is crass, which I don't mind in any character including miss girl, he does not try to make every situation weirdly sexual.

- also the romance aspect doesn't bother me I knew what the game was about but I just personally would rather have it be more subtle and then as the player I can choose how to interpret it

- luckily for ME I live in my own world in my head and just choose to ignore parts I dont like and pretend what I want to happen is secretly happening. some may call this delusional.

-also why is romancing blonde blazer even a thing it feels like suuuuch an afterthought which has been talked about a ton so im not gonna get into it

-im saying no romance in this game, Robert as a jaded mentor and Visi as his difficult angry mentee would be how I would like to see that relationship play out personally

if I had any say in anything I think a Dispatch dating sim would be cool bc then people who love to goon over Invisigal can and people like ME who want the option to romance everyone (Malevola, I am looking at you babes) in the game can do that. also a version where you can just do the dispatching gameplay cause it's actually so fun?
